Such quality and tasty food. Really nice polite staff. Offers halal menu! (You can take the Moora out of Cordoba...) Great prices. Very clean inside and out. Directly outside the Cordoba Mosque (turned Cathedral) which is the main site in the city.

We skipped breakfast and had to go for lunch - not so easy, as lots of places only open for dinner. Las Piconeras was on our list and happily we went there for tapas. Having seen many reviews, of course our expectations were very high - and we were not disappointed! Patatas alioli, boquerones, and too many other tapas were... More

W have eaten here on 2 trips to Cordoba and the food, staff, atmosphere and cleanliness have been consistantly great. Best place in Cordoba for tapas or meals.

We found this place by accident after walking around the area and just being uninspired by other menus----and we are SO glad we ate here! Honestly, everything was absolutely fantastic, and it was BY FAR the best Moroccan food that we've ever encountered in Spain or the United States. We had a few disappointing meals in Spain as well as... More

This was typical of the mixed restaurants we had visited in Granada. There was a varied starters range which included the best fried aubergines with honey I had. My husband had a lamb tagene and I had a vegetable paella both of which were wonderful. A very reasonable 2010 bottle of Rioja went down well. We finished with a typical... More

We had a very good salmorejo and delicious couscous and lamb as main dishes. We recommend the arabian food which seems to be the "speciality" of the cook. The waiter was friendly and the atmosphere nice.

I literally just got back from a meal with my parents and thought I'd let those interested know it was fantastic. We all did the three course meal deal (great deal) and we all got different things and all were very good. I would say the chicken Tagine was especially delicious and for Muslims, their chicken is halal. Great location... More

We were glad we tried Las Piconeras.. It's conveniently near the Mezquita; it's comfortable, clean, and a bit atmospheric. Very attentive and polite wait staff. We noticed that locals enjoy it, as well as tourists. That's a good sign. We recommend it, and would definitely go back if we were able to visit Cordoba, again.

I am a travel agent and food journalist both, and I have to say, Las Piconeras meets all expectations. The waiters went above and beyond for me, the space and bathrooms were clean, the food well spiced and not too salty, the wine is of good but not excellent quality, and the ambiance we maintained. What struck me most about... More
