Creative and fresh style!

Regadera is trendy, it's rustic, raw, with minimal decorations and just a few tables. Menu is very limited which ensures good quality and will blow your mind away. I have taken a tartare of tuna: taste was not so bad, but a way too expensive for what should a starter and not a main dish without side dishes. Disappointed by the gap between reviews and what I have experienced.

Good Service, good food. I tried the cochinillo, which is never excellent, if not direct from the oven. But that is hard to find. But here the quality was rather good, so I suppose, the fresh food will be excellent. And the wine was good, too.

We went there for lunch. The food was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable for the high quality of the food. Lovely decor. Would go there again.

We didn't have a reservation but stopped in to Regadera to see if 4 of us could have lunch there. We started in high bar stools (not terribly comfortable) but fortunately a table for 4 opened up as we were just being served and we were able to move there. It is very small, so I would recommend reservations, especially... More

A hip and yuppie restaurant at the quiet corner of old town Córdoba. I had the tuna tartare, tempura codfish and crispy pork. Fantastic taste and presentation. I would personally recommend the crispy pork and tempura codfish as it's not as salty like what most restaurante in Córdoba. Service staff are kinda cool service oriented too!

This was a recommendation from our hotel and a good one. It is a very small restaurant and no outside seating. The menu is simple but the food is fresh, tasty and interesting. Good service and we were not rushed. The chairs as stated in a previous review could do with changing as they are rather uncomfortable., but don't be... More

The components of the dishes were good: fresh, good quality and well prepared. The menu is interesting enough, but the tastes and textures did not combine well in the dishes. Also some remarks on the environment: the airconditioning was blowing unconfortably. The chairs are unconfortable. The style of the furniture does not match the cook's pretentions. The food was ok... A bit more expensive for not being a traditional tapas restaurant that you find in any corner, this small gem can be found 10min from the Mosque. I tried the salmorejo, which is a very traditional purée textured Cordoban dish with tomato, egg and they add jamóns ibérico. After I had the duck rice with mushrooms and I couldn't stop... More

I came here to enjoy my last dinner before heading back to the States after a six month job stint in Córdoba. The decor of the place is cool and simple. I love the name and the concept. Three of us shared the tartar de tuna, duck risotto and the suckling pig with potatoes milfeulle. My favorite was the tuna... More
