Could not believe how good the food was. Our best meal so far. We shared the salad, suckling lamb and a dessert. More than enough. Presentation was amazing. For such a small place it's hard to believe they can put out such amazing food. Recommend you make a reservation. Sit down and savour every bite.

On the edge of the tourist area lies Regardera. Small and fun restaurant with tasty pork and fish dishes. We had the crispy suckling pork and the acorn fed Iberian pork. The crispness was just right. The Iberian pork was one of the best of this Spanish trip.

I'd been really looking forward to this restaurant as a highlight of the trip to Cordoba. If I'm truthfully honest, I was probably a bit disappointed, though this is possibly due to my high expectations. It was good - don't get me wrong - but the service was a little slow in bringing the food. The staff were absolutely lovely,... More

My fellow traveller and I are from London and have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the world. Skipped tapas and went straight for suckling lamb and suckling pig. Both were mind blowing. Wines excellent and service was perfect. Wouldn't come back for the city, but would come back for this place. 5* and beyond.

We all seem to agree that it is a perfect place to have a meal in Cordoba. A very talented chef, a very dedicated and efficient staff to support him and joy to us who have been lucky enough to get a table. In our case it was not so easy but we got a table for Sunday night and... More

On the recommendation of our tiny hotel, we stopped at Regadera for lunch and then proceeded to make reservations for dinner - it was that good. They offer creative dishes (Steak Tartare with mustard ice cream - marvelous!) The two young owners cover the bar and guests with cordiality and humor. The place is small, so try to make reservations.

This tiny restaurant near the river, for which you must make reservations, takes traditional ingredients and gives them creative twists. Chicken croquettes were crispy outside and creamy inside.I second the rave reviews of suckling pig and roast lamb with carrot cream. Waiter was thoughtful and attentive. Very fairly priced. Try to get in a lunch or dinner while in COrdoba.... More

we had a fabulous meal here. The friendly staff spoke English and explained how we could share each dish - which we did - or order individual dishes. The Salmonjaro was nice but the truffled ham sandwich (as they called it) that came with it was to die for and will forever remain in my food memory. The confit Duck... More

So first of all, if I could I would definitely give it 6 stars. Really. This place is so outstanding compared to other places promted here or found around the city center of Córdoba that it would undoubtedly deserve it. In fact, it was our most mindblowing food experience in Spain. The restaurant is small (reservation highly suggested!), and thefore... More

Luckily we made a reservation and were able to squeeze in on our last night. The service is fantastic--we had a very kind and attentive waiter. The ambiance is cute and intimate, decorated throughout with the regadera theme (water spouts). BUT...the FOOD: We had the absolute best suckling pig as in perfectly airy light crisp skin on the outside and... More
