Description: History, like life, always continues, and we find ourselves here to give testimony to it. The first courses, for example, are living Andalusian memories, such as salmorejo with tomato juice and Iberian bread. A good example of the historical relation of Cordoba with the sea, is the steamed monkfish, morel mushrooms in sherry and the shellfish gazpachuelo stew. The farms and rangeland, the backbone of the province and origin of the better part of its culinary wealth are represented by the updated version of Cordoba perol and meat dishes.---La historia, como la vida, siempre sigue, y nosotros nos encontramos ahi para dar testimonio de ello.

What a beautiful patio! We dined al fresco, enjoying the sun setting and the lights coming up while nibbling thru plates of Galician octopus, local cheeses, game sausages and auberges in caramel honey. Lively wine, an attentive staff and a gorgeous space meant a delightful repast. A peek in the hotel itself might lead to a future stay- but in... More

We stayed at the hotel and ate here one night. The meal was very very nice and I would definitely eat here again. The prices are slightly inflated in comparison to others in the city but thats due to the nature of the hotel. The staff are very very good and help make the experience better.

He chooses the freshest of foods...the spices and presentation are exceptional. I had the absolute best sea bass ever....it is my favorite, but his creation was a work of art. The fish was moist and tender and flavor full...caviar of jambon and edamame nestled in close...who would have created such a combination? Delicious!

We had just arrived in Cordoba and decided to eat in the hotel tapas bar. This was very pleasant - they served Cordoban dishes and a range of other tapas and raciones. The food was excellent.

Firstly, the food is exceptional. I had scallops which were sauced in the most innovative way, followed by suckling pig, which melted. The service was very attentive. The wine list is not huge, but certainly good enough (I like my wine). But strangely, these are not the main reasons for going to this restaurant. So, secondly, when this old palace... More

I just loved this restaurant, food was super. Staff excellent and the fact you sit on a glass floor with lit up runes below makes for an amazing romantic night.

What a place!.....I'm not talking about fancy decoration...I'm refering to a unique form of enjoying a meal, it was a nice walk into a Gourmet experience. The food is not only well presented but it is prepare with the best ingredients from the area, fresh local produce and meats. The recommendation we got from our waitress couldn't been better. The... The food and service in this restaurant were beyond excellent. You get treated to little tasters which we loved. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
