This has always been my favourite restaurant in Cordoba and in the past I've written wonderful reviews about it, but after a couple of disappointing meals here, I don't think I'll be back. The quality seems to have lapsed and the staff are far from welcoming now. It's also quite pricey, something you maybe don't pay so much attention to... More

We could not locate the restaurant we were trying to find, so we decided to give this place a try. We have a nice meal and a pitcher of sangria (best sangria we had in Spain). Price was a bit high, but food and service were good.

Like other travellers, we also believed this hidden gem was our find some years ago, and now traveling with others, we wanted to enjoy dinner. Nostalgia makes up for a lot, but if we are really honest, it is indeed a nice place that could do a lot better. Service is not very friendly, but we found that in most... More

Have been here twice now- the setting is very pretty and staff charming. However it's not particularly comfortable- we wanted to sit outside and there were only a few seats, so took out a couple of very uncomfortable bar stools. Fino is cloudy and rough, no doubt impeccable organic credentials but I really did not enjoy this at all. Food... More

By chance we went to this place and thought it was cosy with the small chairs and tables, but we must say that the servant didnt do anything for us to feel welcome. The food was average.

Attracted by the charming patio we decided to have diner here. But we were very disppointed. Several items on hte menu were not available, so my daughter ended up with the Lasagna. It was horrible. Admittedly one should probably not eat Lasagna in this type of restaurant, but on the other hand, if you can't cook a decent one don't... More

I frequented La Fragua several times during my stay in Cordoba. It was directly across the street from my hotel which was the primary reason why I returned again and again - and 90% of those times were to have late night drinks with friends and meet new ones. I had lunch here once and it was decent. They had... More

this restaurant was significantly better than Salina which was one of the top 5 restaurants on TA. Here the waiters were very friendly and polite and the food was not only by well created and meticulously put together but the servings were large. We decided to stay away from the set meal and ordered 3 dishes. - Vegetables with creamy... More

This hard to find restaurant (in an alley off Tomas Conde) was one of the best meals we had in our 2 week trip! We were a bit nervous as we were the only diners at 8:30 pm (but soon to fill to capacity) and quite glad we took a "risk". I had the 15 Euro menu, which included gazpacho... More

until reading about it after the fact. First night in Cordoba, and we were trying to find a charming restaurant with a reasonable set menu that was serving dinner at the "early" hour of 8:45. We were beginning to feel hopeless until we noticed a sign for La Fragua at the entrance to a little alley. Along with an extensive... More
