We were recommended to this restaurant and were really looking forward to our meal. The waiter was extremely offhand. When we tried to order there were not just one but several items on the menu which they didn't have. Another waiter came up to our table after we had finished our meal and asked us how we enjoyed it. We... More

This little place is easy to miss from the narrow street not far from the Jewish Quarter and Mesquite. Well worth finding, as it is an unpretentious, and authentic bar/restaurant with a little covered courtyard at the back. Good range of tapas freshly cooked. We particularly liked their berenjenas frituras (aubergines). Friendly service, casual dining.

Very friendly staff. Lovely chicken with potatoes. I was desperate for some greens and the waiter suggested the "fried lettuce hearts" which I wasn't keen on until he explained that it was actually lettuce with fried garlic! Quite tasty. Very reasonably priced bar menu. We wanted to eat in the bar, and the bar man offered to let us choose... More

We were very disappointed with this restaurant. After reading all the reviews we were expecting great things. Unfortunately the service was unfriendly and the food very mediocre, it was Saturday night and busy but really that is not a good enough excuse. It was a very cold evening and the restaurant uncomfortably cold. We had emailed and telephoned to book... More

My husband and I were on a cycling tour and staying in the tourist area of Cordoba. Because we're " early bird" Americans, we opened the restaurant that night and were invited by the owner to sit at the bar. If I recall correctly, the space started out as a black smith shop and he was over the top providing... More

This is a charming setting, tucked away and serves really great food. Unfortunately let down by the service. At dinner we shared a starter of eggs, bacon and sausage followed by a shared bull's tail. The portions were large and perfectly cooked. But the service! Offhand, indifferent, we chose a wine and were told they didn't have that, have another... More

I'm a vegetarian and I was able to have a very authentic Andelucian experience. The staff was very friendly and there was a nice atmosphere. It is located in the main touristy neighborhood but tucked away on a little street. Highly recommended.

We were seated around a low table in an interior courtyard, which when we started lunch was warm but by the time we’d finished was a little chilly (well, it was early November). However, the tapas were very good and the super wines staved off the cold. Media porcion of berenjenas fritas at 4.50 was excellent. Aja blanco was served... More

This restaurant is full of character and altough it was raining when I visited, I was able to sit in the covered courtyard for a tapas lunch as opposed to the more formal restaurant area. My garlic and fig tapas served in a "martini" glass with two straws was especially interesting and very tasty. The garlic was not overpowering and... More

This delightful restaurant is hidden away up a small alley way and is the most atmospheric place. The service was very knowledgable and helpful, guiding us through the local and seasonal specialities on offer. We had tuna tartare- perfect- then the clams with thistle- a surprise recommendation that we loved- then freshly cooked whole sea bream all finished off with... More
