Best tortilla in Córdoba

One of the best tortillas I have ever had! They sell them here in huge slabs, and they are exceedingly tasty; it also pairs well with the typical salmorejo of Córdoba as well as a refreshing tinto. Perfect for a quick energy boost before visiting the mezquita found adjacent to this cosy bar.

Stopped in here for a quick tapa as we were starving and had time to kill until the restaurant we had booked opened. We had wine and tortilla. The tortilla was huge (i guess this is why the place gets so much news coverage). We had never seen a tortilla so big. However it was oily and not very nice... More

Yes another trip to Cordoba, first stop Bar Santos! This really is tortilla perfection, 3,50€ with a small beer, eat it witth the locals on the wall opposite, for a true taste of Spain. Heaven!

The place is fairly small and gives you an old vibe, (a 1966 vibe I assume) and the waiters are nice, we only had tortillas as they were reccomended to have here, I wouldn't wana have a full meal here however. If you're in town and want a traditional tortilla , you can get it here.

We went to Bar Santos because a local said it has the best omelette in town. We found it to be over rated and priced. The omelette was slightly better than the usual tortilla we ate all across northern Spain. The bar tender did not smile the entire time we were there. There are no tables, so you stand at... More

Typical tapas bar with a twist. Star Tapa is Spanish Torta de Patata. Beware, the bar is quite small so be prepared to queue up outside before being served.

This place is always swamped with people buying the famous tortilla de patata and perching on the wall surrounding the Mezquite with a cold beer. It's a Córdoba experience but I found the tortilla pretty tasteless. I enjoyed the tomato gazpacho and the communal feel.

Large slices, warm and very tasty for only 2 euros. Grab a cold beer and enjoy them sitting right in front of the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba. Even though you will find better tortillas in town this place is an essential Cordoba experience.
