Wide selection at breakfast buffet

Unhurried service but pleasant. Good spread at the breakfast buffet and selection of eggs prepared to order.

On the basis of a friend's recommendation we had dinner at this restaurant. We were not impressed. We arrived in the early evening before the restaurant was crowded, nonetheless the server botched the order of one of our group. While they did offer to get her what she had ordered, she opted to not hold the group up and skipped... More

The restaurant is situated in one of the nicest hotels in Dresden. The glass of wine I got there was the best I had in this city. I felt sorry for myself that I could not buy a bottle of it because this wine was made special for Kempinski hotel. The food was good but my portion of vegetarian parpadelle... More

We ate breakfast here as we stayed at the kempinski. Pricey but an excellent selection of cheeses cold cuts, pate, fruit, cereals, breads and rolls as well as welcome juice, sent, delicious teas and coffee. Well worth the splurge of 28 euro

The excellent Steak came with Ratatouille and potatoe gratin - as our main course. Very tasty , just lovely. The offered white wine of Rheingau was dry tasting. The dessert of Mango-Joqhurt combined with cherie-chocolade icecreme left no wishes.

Kempinski's Restaurant Intermezzo is more or less the Heart of the Taschenbergpalais in Dresden. It has style, it has grandeur and is haute cuisine and fine dining in a royal ambiance. Right from the beginning, one notices how professional the staff is dealing with guests. I opted for the Degustationsmenu, including matching wines. And, I've enjoyed every course, from the... More

We stayed in Kempinski for 10 days. On the last night my wife and I went for dinner in the Intermezzo restaurant. Our waiter was marvelous Andreas Wegei. We have had a 5 star show named "The best dinner in your life" this night :) He is genius of this job! You will enjoy it so much it will worth... More

The menu for 140.- EUR was good quality, although unspectacular. You should bring time and not be too hungry. The accompanying wines were well chosen. The room is somewhat dim and reminds one too much of a hotel-restaurant - which it truly is.
