Cosy & surpricing once you step inside.

Doesn`t look of much from the outside, but once You get indoor, it is a very cosy & funny place to have a drink at. It is very busy at all hours, so make a reservation if You want to eat. We only had drinks, but would go back and try the place for lunch or dinner sometime for sure.... read more

This is a delightful small restaurant and pub.Waitresses are all kitted out in the garb of 1900 and look very pretty in their little pill box hats.We did not eat here but the varied traditional german food of the period menu looked excellent. I had some excellent dark beer called Krusovice. The whole place is brimming with information about Dresden back... More

An authentic German atmosphere in a great location with traditional food. Our group had a private dining room & a set menu but it was quite good.

We had late lunch with the kids. The location is fantastic right in the middle of the old city. The restaurant design is unique and interesting to the children with the Saxonia atmosphere. However, the dining experience was just okay, no more. Service was efficient, dishes came out fast but were not hot enough, taste was reasonable but no more... More

This restaurant has a special flair with it's old tram kept as memory of the past. It's an historical place. The whole atmosphere, music and setting made our evening soecial. Food is very good. Try the chicken liver with rocket salad & apple....delicious

While this has a very touristy appearance and appeal, it offers good food and service. It is on the main square right behind the Frauenkirche. They open at 8:00 and offer a nice breakfast buffet and tables are available outside with a great church view. If you eat inside try to get seated in the old streetcar. .

I ate here 3 times during my stay in Dresden. Good menu full of German Saxon food and bier. English menu available. Most of the staff spoke some English. Interesting menu. I had the Wienerschnitzel, Brat and pan fried poultry livers.(The waiter said they were goose livers) All were very good. The goose livers were a special treat. Hard to... More

This is one of those theme restaurants that you have to visit in a city because it's there, and of course if someone else has been there they will ask about it. It's designed with from the start of the 20th century. Lots of old things and even includes a part of a tram car inside the restaurant. From the... More
