Good Tucker!

Although this pub is somewhat hidden away, it is worth a visit. Good atmosphere and the meals are great. The biggest schnitzel I have ever seen! Good service, good beer.

This restaurant was near our hotel. I hesitated to enter, because the outside is a bit strange, but my wife pulled me inside the restaurant. From the moment I entered it felt ok. Nice atmosphere, wonderful staff and great food.

The place was packed with long tables and prople celebrating early Christmas meals together. Very friendly atmosphere in a true German setting: wooden tables, beer mugs, and all paintings and items refering to hunting. Food was decent, good and plenty. If you want to get away from the touristy places and enjoy true German food and beer and wine, this... More

Busy, charming pub with good beer and friendly staff. Appears to be busy all the time, which is always a good sign. The food we had was ok. Not extraordinary, not bad, not great- solid pub food that tasted good. I may not rush back there to eat, but also would not mind it. Great place for a beer or... More

Biggest schnitzel ever! This was really gigantic and really good. We all had a great meal here. Only think that annoyed me was, that I asked for plane water with my wine I had ordered, and they serviced me water alright, but I had to pay for it. Very nice garden space where you could eat, with nice weather.

This was a nice traditional German restaurant with an outdoor Biergarten however the dish that I ordered was mediocre. I've ordered the same dish many times in Germany and this one was not so great. Another menu item may have been better.

Traditional beer hall and restaurant, interior decorated and furnished rustic style with hunting scene murals. Good choice of German dishes as well as specialities such as pork roulade and chicken with asparagus, seasonal. Wines and beers served in traditional china mugs/cups, beers were good but wine taste seemed to be tainted by the porcelain, better served in glassware. Very good... More

I found out about this restaurant from TripAdvisor reviews. We LOVED our meal! We had many authentic German dishes (the cold cucumber soup and deer steaks were particularly tasty! ) and excellent beverages. My only regret was that they were so understaffed (holiday) and full by the time we were ready for dessert that we decided to pass.

this restaurant is a little out of the way but I think that makes the atmosphere even more authentic. the traditional german food was very good and the service was also good. it was wonderful to get out of the rain and sit in this cosy restaurant enjoying a beer and the atmosphere.
