Micro Brewery

Good for their own beer, hearty sausage and potato based dishes. Waiters helpful. Worth booking if going on a Friday or Saturday evening. Reasoable wine list for non beer drinkers. Good value. Been back 5 times now

We just ordered salads for lunch. Sat outside in the courtyard. The salads were beautifully made and tasted amazing. Very happy both with service and food. Four mains (salads, but still) plus drinks (beer, wine and apple juice) for under 50 Euro.

Just had a glass of wine each late one evening and were made to feel very welcome by the friendly waiter.

We all tried local dishes and it was fabulous! My husband and I had beer served in boot mugs, which is no surprise as the name is translated to "some boots". Highly recommended!

A traditional restaurant of Saarland. Food of excellent quality. We arrived around 9:30 PM and were greeted warmly with just a single recommendation: to order quickly to not incur in the closing of the kitchen. We ordered Hering Variation, a plate of differently cooked herrings, and Lachsfilet, fillet of salmon with pasta. All has been accompanied by a bottle of... More

The food and especially the beer were very good. I recommend a pint of dark Stiefelbräu, very tasty! The waiters were friendly and accommodating. We had a dish of pork sirloin which was done to a turn and the roast potatoes that came with it were simply moreish.

This restaurant is also a brewery. The food is simple but very good and affordable. The specialty of the house are the house brewed beers.

The menu is very traditional german and the beer selection is good. Portion is pretty big and the price is reasonable. Go there if you are craving some Oma style cooking and good beer.

Visited here for work. I chose the steak and I am very glad I did. Ordered rare, it came perfectly cooked, and tasted delicious. Highly recommend a visit here if you are in saarbrucken. They brew tier own beer, and that's also great!
