I went to vapiano with my girlfriend and we ordered two Pizzas and Burschetta and a soupe. We went upstairs to eat our starters but only two minutes later our "beeper" made his vibration to force me downstairs to get our meal. I don't really like the idea of running for you own food but I guess it has its... More

Their system was very interesting and different, but overall a great experience. Their kinder pizzas are even shaped like rabbits!

Despite a very long wait in line on a Saturday afternoon the pasta with beef and ruccula was very good. Nice and spicy, but not over the top. The pasta was cooked just long enough, and the broth the meat and vegetables rested in was scrummy. Nice presentation too - interesting bowls. Too bad they cost way too much --yes,... More

This is the fanciest fastfood restaurant I've been to, even it still is just that: fastfood. The price was reasonable, the restaurant itself was pretty clean and the payment system was brilliant (you get a card when you enter where the food is registered when you order and you pay when you go out again). You can order either pasta... More

I really enjoyed this italian restaurant. It is cafeteria-style (as in going to a counter), but with excellent, fresh ingredients and ordering at the counter really speeds up service! I ordered the pesto rosso, and it might have been the best I've ever had. Thr and a side salad: about 8.50 EUR. We had 2 small children in our group... More

I went there with collegues from the university and we had a good time. This restaurant is good if you eat pizza and if you like to run stairs and carry your own food because apparently this is how it goes in vapiano. No service at all. But the prices are affordable and the pizza is fresh made, so big... More

affordable great-tasting food. the pasta and pizzas are freshly prepared. I had a pasta with shrimps. the seafood was immensely fresh and tasty. To add, there are great beers to savour from the bar. enough said! Bon appetit!

It's a chain restaurant, so the food and service are most likely the same as other ones all over the world. It's like ibis among the inexpensive hotels. I enjoy the food quite a lot, so I visit the one in Saarbruecken quite often (ca. every 1-2 weeks). The menu is fixed, but there are some seasonal choices keep changing.... More

i like vapiano, the concept of the restaurant itself, an open space where they cook fresh food in front of you. it is indeed italian style and very good prize for the quality of food you receive.

Vapiano means go slowly and yes the service is very slow. When entering the restaurant you get a badge which allows you to order what you want. There is choice between salades, pasta and pizza. Unfortunately you have to wait in the row for +/- half an hour (it certainly is when you chose paste) before you get at the... More
