Excellent culinary compositions, harmoniously competent staff and beautiful ambience in perfectly located premises with its own parking lot. Open for lunch and dinner only on weekdays.

Very nice room, good ambience music that gives the final touch to engoy food and wine. No english or french menu. Just german. And they only speak german...so no easy task to make the right choice.

A good restaurant, customer friendly and with a very professional service, a few steps from the Constantin Basilica. The terace, open in summer, is a very pleasent place where to spend a couple of hours. Rich wine menu, German wines, including great ones. We will be back!

Tasteful but unstuffy, excellent quality food, good service and a fine range of wine, by the glass as well as by the bottle. The nearby Bishops wine centre was closed for a public holiday but the restaurant was perfectly happy to sell us a couple of bottles at retail prices (thanks!). A few minutes away from the main sights so... More

Food is ok, but not that special, this place trades on its reputation. My friend had a different pasta served to the one she odered, they didn’t bother to inform her before serving it. Service can be excellent or dire.

After reading the reviews, we saw this restaurant - or Winehouse - and immediately liked it. Walked further round, but came back and had a real nice dinner, with also Nice white and red wine from the own vineyards. The service was also good, and fast as can be expected in Germany. In otter words, we can recommend it when... More

Our hotel booked us into this restaurant. Decor was very nice but it was filled with a large and very noisy party for some of the time. The food was average. Portions were huge but not especially appetising. We were surprised to be served lard to spread on our bread!

This restaurant is a nice place to spend an evening having tasty food in a friendly environment. The place is being owned by a Trier monastery (a little strange), but the atmosphere there and food do not resemble a monastery. It has old dark wooden tables and chairs in a corresponding design of the rooms. There is no bright light.... More

It was good restaurant, good food with nice atmosphere. We had shrimp salad and onion soup as starters. It was the best onion soup ever..!! Main courses we had pork with mushroom sauce and grills were OK, but don't expect quantity. The wine was great, the service was very good. For couple that look for total dinner package, I would...
