Have been staying in Trier for 9 weeks now and this place is on my regular eatery list. Wednesdays are buffet night, so beware if you go for food you cant order from the menu. Saying that though most things are available on the buffet table. Service is fast with friendly happy staff, food is good and a nice change... More

Arrived late and tired and lovely out door cafe sitting area drew us in . Food just okay and sort of had to search for something that appealed. lots of bar type food. I settled on a texmex type salad. Portion very large but too much corn and lettuce looked tired. My husband had the blackened chicken which was moist... More

We stayed at Park Plaza right next door, and walked over to have comfort food, since we are from San Diego, California and we know Mexican food! Nice interior, and they have a nice outdoor area to eat also. Always crowed. Only thing, it is not like our chain restraunt and their avocado is a paste!!!did not taste like guacamole... More

We ate here as there was not too much else open around the area. Food & drinks were reasonably priced and satisfactory but nothing to get excited about.

This is the usual tex-mex or maybe even Cajun/Creole place, the atmosphere is good but the food was such a disappointment. We were first given a complimentary dip with three pieces (for 2 pers) of stale baguette to go with a super-salty-tomato dip. I guess this is to get you to buy more drinks! The blackened chicken, served with undercooked... More

We visited for the breakfast buffet. I would say this is more of a bar than a restaurant, but on a Sunday morning it was very busy; and it's a pretty large place! The breakfast buffet had various meats, cheeses, salads, yogurts and some hot options including omelettes made to order. The service was pretty good in terms of ordering... More

We've been to this restaurant twice and the food was always delicious! You can't do wrong with a burger or Mexican food, and their buffalo wings are excellent! The atmosphere is very pleasant, as well. Food not expensive: 9 EUR for a (rather big) cheese burger and fries. Mexican food is around 10-12 EUR.

The food was awful. I ordered chips with salsa and guacamole. The salsa was a gelatinous blob. I couldn't eat it. I also had a salad which was terrible. My first bad salad in Germany. The place is lovely indoors and out though Nice place to have a drink or 50. This place is really a party place. The later... More

I have already tried 3 times the Coyote Cafe, always for some Mexican food. The food is good, although the prices are a bit higher for Germany and the service is a bit on the slow side. But I'm always going there to kill my hunger and they always succeed in delivering enough tasty Mexican food.
