Attentive, friendly service and good burgers

We had a lovely Friday night dinner at the Coyote. In Trier, this is the best burger place, with a truly American taste to them. The menus were like rolled up parchment paper. They served Tex-Mex style food. Not our favorite, but it was fine for one night.

Very good location at the pedestrian area near the hauptmarkt. Old building very nice decorated. Excellent atmosphere. Crowded by beautiful girls and boys - probably classy University students. The service was perfect. Large menu with interesting dishes and prices. Plus it was next to my Hotel Plaza.

Loved it. Menu choices were great and the prices were good. So much to look at for decor. Best part was the wait staff. Teamwork and they sent in your order from the table, so instead of running back and forth, a few people made sure everyone's needs were met. Very enjoyable

Excellent Mexican food at very fair prices. Service is friendly, good athmosphere and always many people (why we went there the first time).

The coffee was perfectly small but sehr starke ( very strong). The cheese cake spoke of New York but slightly better.

Coyote Cafe attracts mainly a young, loud crowd, and unfortunately if you don't manage to grab a table outside, the smell inside reminds of a fast food. But it is recommended for their weekend parties, which are lively, and exotic, and, of course as an alternative to German cuisine. Their fajitas are decent, but not something to write home about.... Have been staying in Trier for 9 weeks now and this place is on my regular eatery list. Wednesdays are buffet night, so beware if you go for food you cant order from the menu. Saying that though most things are available on the buffet table. Service is fast with friendly happy staff, food is good and a nice change... More
