We live in Paderborn and tried Gaucho for the first time with my parents. We all thought the service, surroundings and food were excellent. Large choice of steaks and side dishes etc. Reasonably priced too. We'll definitely go back soon!

A group of us visited Gaucho this week, and we were all impressed. The staff were friendly and welcomed us in. Drinks orders were taken quickly and the drinks arrived quickly. When it came to ordering food we were told that a couple of the starters were unavailable, but there was still a few to choose from. They was a... More

Food is good but not superb, prices are a bit higher than average. A colleague of mine asked for a steak "rare" and he got a piece of carbon. Servbice is a bit slow. La Pampa is much better (3 minutes walking away from gaucho)

I'm Irish and know a lot about steaks but this steakhouse was just outstanding. Friendly and great staff. Great food and nice deco. All in All a must place to visit in Paderborn.

A set lunch of soup, main and dessert is available daily. This probably explains why it's especially popular on weekends.

Well it was a good dinner with a trio of different Argentenian steaks. However the starter was howful. We had to wait 30 minutes to get a table. The bill was pretty expensive and there was some plastic left in the dessert. Not sure if I would suggest beyond the nice Argentinian steak

On a Germany visit, steak was needed and apparently Gauchos was the best in the area. Definitely an upmarket steak house with modern sleek decor quite unlike the traditional rustic steakhouses I am used to. Hadn't booked for a Tuesday visit, but shown efficiently to table and drinks duly ordered. Good first impressions then. Some delays then follow. Order not... More

Had the Gaucho Spit for lunch which is essentially different cuts of Argentinian beef - its mouth wateringly good. The service was exemplary last time we ate here and it was the same this time around - a great balance between taking your plate when you've finished without it feeling like you're being rushed. The salad bar/cart they have was... More

Not a lot of choose on the lunchtime special price menu but if you want steak then it's good. 12€ and you get soup, a steak main and a fruit yogurt type desert. Add salad from 4€. Great tasting fillet.
