Webster makes its own beer (I had even a chance to visit the premises within a Bräuerei-Führung) and that it makes very good. The staff is friendly and the place is traditionally decorated as a typical German Brauhaus. The terrace is a fun place to be in the summer, at Dellplatz in Duisburg. I have eaten at Webster's several times,... More

Large portions, good quality, nice beer, and good service. We arrived on "schnitzel night" (Sunday) and ordered off the list. Sturdy, solid and tasty food in a substantial portion arrived, supported by their braun beer. We plan to go back again later this year.

I had time to kill in Dusseldorf so I caught the train to Duisberg and visited Webster Brauhaus. What can I say - the service was tip top, it was very friendly and the beer was exceptionally nice. I was so impressed I plan to stay in Duisburg some time in 2015 so I can enjoy an evening there.

This is a pub we go to on an almost regular basis. Their beer is the best one around (IMHO) and so is the Bratwurst (again, IMHO; and I am not a big fan of Bratwurst, but it goes well with the beer!). The service is sometimes erratic, but when the beer is THAT good, who cares anymore?

Visited this pub for drinks one night while on business in Duisburg. Nice atmosphere and reasonably priced. Did not have any food, so cannot comment on its quality.

A pub-restaurant with its own brewery cannot be a bad thing. The blond beer was fine, and not expensive. Simple, traditional German food at a reasonable price. Good atmosphere. It was not at all crowded when I arrived at 7:15 on a Tuesday evening.

Been there, done it, and would go again. Nice place, cosy settings, like what one could imagine from a traditional German pub; though this one looks more like a traditional Bavarian one. Usually crowded, despite of the size, it is recommended to make a reservation if one wants to be sure. The menu is somewhat different, limited, with (almost) daily... More

I recently returned from a week in Duisburg and ate at Webster's Brauhaus twice! It serves traditional German food and their own brew. The first night, I had a tapas selection that they were offering for Octoberfest. All items were very tasty. I had the Braun beer, quite good. The second time I went, I had the Schweinhaxe (roasted pork... More
