Good food and great beer.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere on a Friday night. Food is typical German and beer is delicious and keeps on coming. Would definitely go back.

I persuaded my friend to have dinner at this place during our recent Prowein trip to Dusseldorf. This was my second visit to “Im Fuchschen” (the Little Fox) brewery/restaurant and it was as great and satisfying as the first visit. If you love pork, beer, sauerkraut and a great tavern-like atmosphere, where the locals as well as the hordes of... More

The Haxe is ok but not like in Bavaria. The Altbier is ok but not my style. Weizembier is not that good. The service is very good though - Koba and his crazy Greek assistant are doing a good and funny job. Is worth a visit in Düsseldorf.

We had dinner here with a party of 5 people (all visitors of a conference in the Messe). We enjoyed ourselves very well here. Crowded and noisy place. The typical Düsseldorf Alt beer is being brewed and served here. When your glass is less than 1/4 full; you will get a new one - keep on drinking ! Meals are... More

Nice beer, light on alcohol. The food is delicious, especially the pork knuckle. We were there on a Tuesday night and the place was packed and really really noisy. Make sure to have a reservation and ask to be alone on the table. Without telling us, they made us share a table with strangers - and we were a group... More

We tried the local food and we did not regret. It is always overcrowded and so noisy, but everybody is having fun and beer. During the Boat show period you may meet friends or make new ones there.

Visiting Düsseldorf Karneval since 1994 - Fuchschen used to be part of our daily routine. However the last few years, the beefed up security staff seem to think that they are gods gift. Unfortunately their attitude has resulted in that our high spending group, has found alternative watering holes. In defence of Fuchschen, we still visit on or arrival day... More

We went here just for a drink during the Christmas markets in December and managed to get a table quickly, despite it being busy. Can't comment on the food, but the Christmas edition beer was really good. The bar area was nice and I liked the souvenit cabinet containing quite a few items with their logo on.

Came in for a beer and maybe something to eat but during carnival time the menu is limited and seating is too as they put in high tables . beer was reasonably priced and the atmosphere was good too
