I went off the course here and did not go with their great soups which my daughter had and loved. I instead went for the yakisoba w squid. A risky choice and not well rewarded. The squid was not prepared to my liking and the yakisoba was just too spicy. I love Yakisoba but this is not the place for... More

i love the food in Na Ni Wa. It is tasty, it is quick and very very resonably priced. The staff is very helpful and professional. It's always a pleasure to stop over have a quick gyoza or noodle soup, when the weather is miserable and you do want to have a quick fix!!!!! it is a tiny abd a... More

When we used to live in Düsseldorf we would make it a point to eat here at least once every 2 weeks, lining up and all. Now that we've relocated back home to Canada we always make it a point to eat here when we are back here. My favourite is the Chahan , starting with gyoza. Oh so good!... More

We had stuck to a fellow tourists advise for the majority of the holiday and kept to nice Germanic foods and Ales, We should have listened to him instead of trying here. The Food tasted like a Wino had made it. I had been told that every little thing this place does is magic but had been sadly let down... More

I don't really know anything about Japanese food but I went there with my family and I really enjoyed everything we tried. Thumbs up. We were there after lunchtime so we got a seating space quickly even though the place was packed and service was great.

I find the ambiance really authentic and the food flavour exceptional. I am a fun of the yakusa, the vegetable-noodle soup.

I love ramen, and am in the process of conquering all the ramen stores. I try the shio (salt) ramen, because it requires great stock in order to be delicious. On a Monday night at 6 pm, it was easy to find a seat and the order was taken promptly. At Naniwa, I ordered the shio ramen with the gyoza... More

Appalling service, our waiter was ignorant and rude. He forgot to pass our order onto the chef and when he was reminded got the chef to cook up a "quick and nasty" version of our dishes. Horrific tasteless food. Biggest mistake was choosing this over a weener.

Had a 35 minute wait as the waiter forgot to put the order in. Food we got was not worth the wait as the miso rammen didn't have any flavour and was expensive for what was received.

With the third largest population of Japanese people in Europe living in Düsseldorf, I think it is a good sign when one finds many of them eating in Naniwa. I had a "combo meal" that didn't fail to high expectations. The gyoza were the best I have ever eaten, bar none. The delicate wrappers practically melted as I chewed and... More
