Quite possibly the best Japanese restaurant in Duesseldorf. The food is excellent, well cooked and of outstanding quality. It is almost always packed with Japanese people and they know better what Japanese food should be like, right? The staff are very friendly and manager Kuno is always happy to recommend specialties that aren't on the (German) menu. Other reviewers think... More

I've been here on the JapanDay in Düsseldorf. The place was very crowds but the service has been more than excellent. Prices are a bit over the average line but really worth it. I suggest the UdonSoup

This is by far my favorite Restaurant in Dusseldorf Food and atmosphere is very close to Japan. Usually crowded and reservations needed, usually some days before. This restaurant is famous for its 'yakitori'

The place is really a typical japanese small restaurant, not only a sushi bar but with a wider menu. There you can order the menu, I suggest, that includes sushi, sashimi and some skews of chicken, meatballs, fish, something really excellent. One of the best places for jap food in town.

Tested yesterday thanks to Tripadv. Full of Japanese businessmen, daily menu written in Japanese only, main menu available also in english. Waiters are young and fast in servicing but they speak a very poor english.... Anyway the atmosphere is perfect and the food is excellent, you must try it! Try to reserve or you will hardly find a table !

I have been in this place at least 4 times every year when I come to Düsseldorf. It never disappoints in terms of food quality and atmosphere. Outside Tokyo it is one of the best local traditional Japanese restaurants in Europe. Go for it!
