Delicious dinner, lots of choice, good value for money, flexible and fast service. Cozy and pretty busy and therefore a bit pressure packed.
We were a group of 14 persons and had a good time. For starters we had large seafood platters which were so plentiful and good that there was barely room for main course... perhaps because of this my main course was bit of a let down. Nevertheless, very good athmosphere, bit growded and intimate, very nice service and good food... More
Its true Fishhaus is a great place and right choice being there, in my opinion the best to enjoy the lunch. Located at one of the most popular streets of the old city part and taking an outside table is really so attractive. August it was also a month fill up with visitors. Probably for that reasons the number of... More
Great place for sitting outside and people watching while having North Sea seafood. Old Dusseldorf is a pedestrian only area offering many different restaurants to choose from. This is an excellent choice for seafood.
Great selection of fresh sea food, select your sea food and they'll cook it the the way you want, plus they have an extensive menu and a good wine carte. Dont feel shy, roll up your sleeves and delve in.
Everytime I come to Dusseldorf I always come here for seafood. The seafood are deliciously good. Pasta and steak are quite good as well. Must try when you are in the city. Always crowded so service is just not good. Always too many people but really worth to try.
Service was quick and easy. I ordered grilled rosefish with potatoes and spinach stew. The dose was large , tasty and reasonable priced. I was at outside terrace but the interior seems very classic and interesting. I would definitely eat here again.
This really is a gem in what is otherwise a bit of a gourmet desert. The staff know what they are doing, and are almost as slick as in a Parisian seafood bistro. The seafood platters are as near as you will get to the real thing in Brittany, and are reasonably priced. Main fish courses are inventive and well... More
Sat outside watching the world go buy. The German guy near me was a local and he said it was the best fish restaurant in Dusseldorf. He ate there regularly. I wouldn't disagree with him. I had Jakobsmuschel for a starter followed by Angelschellfisch. Both were excellant choices. Would be on my list to visit here again
