We've been there in a Saturday for lunch. What can I say? Wunderbar, sehr gut! !! Typical german pub with very well cooked portions, generous size and a beer to die for it. Professional and fast service in a cold german manner. What do you expect if you don't speak german? 3 main courses with 10 halve pints-50 euro! Highly... More

this place is very very busy and some people were told they wait might be 1.5hours - but this is a beer house so you can enjoy a few beers. A lady in riding gear (jodpers etc) should out the names when your table is ready. The place is a great noisy bustling food and beer fest - great waiters... More

Great altbeer and quality rustic food. Meat Meat and more meat. Civilised at lunchtimes full of business customers. Lively at nights. Its far too easy to loose track of the small beers as they are brought around to you. But you really should loose count it tastes so good

This is absolutely fantastic restaurant / brewery that has been operated in the same establishment since 1838. The food is really rustic and nice. The beer they serve is their own brew, it is a light-dark beer in an ale-style. I think we paid € 3,50 for two 20 cl beers and the price for the food was very fair... More

I've been in the Brauerei on a business dinner. First of all - this is typical Brewery and as such it is matching the expectations. They serve a lot of beer and quick! The beer for me was just an average but it might be a matter of taste. A lot of people inside, pretty loud crowd, the noise level... More

I only remember the rudeness of the waiter. Food was ok and we felt like in a typical german restaurant

The food at the Schumacher is absolutely fantastic. Beer is so good that you can really drink liters of it without stopping.
