Take time to find this place then choose one of their delicious and beautiful pastries, take a seat, and enjoy the ambiance. A very relaxing and delicious place to be.

While this is almost certainly the best cafe to enjoy a break in, close to the "Dom", it has its shortcomings. The selection of cakes, desserts and chocolates as you walk in is inspiring and mouth-watering. The cafe itself is large and well decorated (50s kitch). However, immediately you walk in, you are confronted with terse and unhelpful service. No-one... More

Located next to the dome this a great place to regroup. Great coffee and great dessert overal fantastic. The interior is a little kitch but adds to the charm. Toilets are clean and worth a look!

It is a beautiful Café. The decorations is superb and the pastries are all a hit. We tried several of them. The chocolate was ready made with whip cream on top served in beautiful cups. Had great bathrooms downstairs. We went there everyday to have a hot chocolate and a pastry in December 2014. Great customer service. Prices are excellent... More

BEST deserts ever!!! I've never seen so many different deserts all together that all look so delicious that you cant even choose :) I had the cranberry cake and it was DELICIOUS! Also the piano and the violin in the Saturday afternoon while you eat your cake and drink your americano is amazing. You must go to this place, I... More

I visited this cafe twice; once for dinner and once for coffee and a cake. Dinner in a nearly empty cafe was a bit rushed as the cafe closes at 20.00 hours. My schnitzel was enormous with a massive side sald and chips. It certainly was big enough for two. If you are very hungry, it is a good value... More

We, four friends, came here for coffee and tea on a great saturday afternoon during the Christmas market. We started ordering tea. Tea is served in pots, we saw, so we ordered two cups. We were told that that was forbidden. Weird, because the tea was already € 6,-, so ridiculous expensive. So we ordered tea and hot chocolate. The... More

This is a typical coffee house which takes you back in time as both its décor and offerings are of a very high level. We had an excellent coffee and apple pie and would recommend the place to anyone visiting Cologne as it would leave you with a good taste of the town.

Well. It was indeed an experience to remember. Me and my friends wanted to try some nice German cake with a coffee. What we got was a rude waitress, who didnt properly explain 'how things work' to order cake (apparently you have to order cake in the front we discovered after our visit) and gave us some completely different things... Cakes are good. Went here twice and both times the cakes were top quality and they have a good process of you visiting the counter choosing your cake and getting a ticket for the cake that the waitress brings to your table. However coffee is just OK and the service is terse although not that rude. You kind of feel... More
