Ludari is not actually restaurant, but is first of all a shop. Still, it is one of the few places in Cologne to enjoy a superb pasta al dente that is up to Italian standards. The place is run by a little Italian family (I think Napolitan), they are not only extremely funny and attentive, but also you can feel... More
