Location near to the main station is the only plus point. Food is just average. Good interiors. Service is ok.

I am from Cologne, I have been in several Indian Restaurants. Actually I was at Jaipur with 3 Colleges that actually come from India. And honestly, they said this is only Restaurant outside of India they know so far, that cooks in a really traditional way. The food was really awesome. Even if I am not the biggest fan of... More

After a day of work, five of us who were staying at the Hilton across the street went to Jaipur for dinner shortly after they opened (6pm). I've probably only had Indian food a couple times in my life, back in the U.S. I've enjoyed it before, but this was every bit as good and probably better. I had a... More

Today while in Cologne we decided to give Jaipur a try! We were dissappointed to the core. THe service was half hearted, with the owner who was taking our order went midaway to treat a sales person. The food was bland and half cooked. The credit machine also did not work. On the whole a very bad experience as i... More

I love Indian food - eaten it all over and cook it regularly at home. However, you do get used to certain familiarities. Mine is the Red Onion Chutney that you get in the UK. I even make my own. They had no idea what I was on about, at this restaurant, and ended up serving me a sliced red onion.... More

The food was ok (but not as spicy as the original indian food used to be). It was also not overpriced. But the bread(tandoori rotis) were not upto the mark.

I had one of the top three or four Indian meals ever, and I have sampled Indian restaurants in many places around the world (though not India, sadly!) Portions were generous, and unlike some of the other reviewers, I had great service from a very attentive waitress. Not cheap, but wonderful food in a pleasant atmosphere.
