Has a nice view of the Rathaus. The food is nice and the place is quiet and comfortable. My husband loves the Dim Sum's.
After two weeks eating meat and potatoes in Bonn, I needed a rice fix. I asked some German friends about Chinese restaurants in the main part of town and this restaurant was recommended. Given its unimposing entrance (next to McDonald's), one isn't quite sure what one will find on entering this place. The quiet main dining room is beautifully appointed... More
Went to Dim Sum today for late lunch. as we had been vacationing in Germany for some time my wife was having rice withdrawals. The entrance is hardly noticeable and is next to Mac Donald's. you go upstairs and it is a great little restaurant with great window views over the Square. The waitress knew enough English to be really... More
really great food.tried dumplings and 2 pork dishes and they were really good.thr was a gr8 atmosphere and the taste was also good.there is a wide variety of food and would definitely go there again.
We had a nice selection of steam-cooked dim sum and some stir-fried veggies. Both lovely and fresh. The tables by the window are especially nice, overlooking the market place. Frequented by a good number of Asian families - surely a good sign! An inconspicuous-looking main entrance close to McDonald's means that if you don't know it's there, you don't know... More

Some were very good, some so, so. Although the restaurant calls itself Cantonese, the "traditional" main courses are SiChuan style. The Mapo Dofu was quite ok, which tends... More
I decided o go have dinner there with colleagues after reading he good reviews. I must say we are were quite disappointed...the food was ok but nothing special and the service was slow and not attentive...
I was with my family and it was very quiet, so good and the service was perfect. What a pity they don' t have a kids menu. Anyway we could order duck with white rice and my daughter enjoyed it a lot.
We love dim sum and for a few years could only get it when in Paris or Lonodon, now there is a restaurant again in Bonn serving it, we are happy! The food is very good and in a cool japanese style environment, not kitchy chinese at all. In summer, they also serve outdoors with a great view of the... More
We dined at Dim Sum on the recommendation of several Chinese graduate students at the Universitat Bonn who said that these meals came closest to "real" Chinese food in Bonn. Many other restaurants have modified their taste profiles to conform to the German patrons. We ordered a variety of Dim Sum dishes and found that several of the rice dishes... More
