I was looking for a great restaurant in Bonn. Found this one highly recommended by Tripadvisor and did not hesitate to go in. HImalayan food. Bland. Lamb curry ok but nothing out of the ordinary. Excellent, friendly waiters. But if you are looking for great non-german food, this is not the place to go.

This is one of my favorites and one of Bonn's best. The place is not so big but ambience is nice. Staff are friendly and food are really good. It is not so cheap but also not overly expensive. A must try!

I am so in love with that place!! As a person who is crazy about Asian food, I'd say it's one of the best asian restaurants in Bonn/Cologne/Düsseldorf area. The freshly made food really makes me happy. Just too bad it does not open during lunch time :(

Visited here on the trip home from the airport one Friday evening in January. Cosy little restaurant with two rooms, one containing the bar. We were seated in the other room, off to the side. Service was friendly & professional. The menu was inviting & we were not disappointed with our choices of starters/main courses. Finished off with a mango... More

My husband and I went to Himalayak last week. It is a small cozy restaurant. The food there is very good and the price is decent. We had Momo (steamed dumplings stuffed with ground beef) as an appetizer. I ordered Khamtuk (fried noodles) and my husband ordered Luksha (lamb curry with rice). We really enjoyed the food there especially Luksha.... More

This place is wonderful. Relaxed ambiance, pleasing decor, delightful service and absolutely delicious food. The homemade cheese dishes are standout, momos are very satisfying and the stirfried homemade noodles are tasty. We had both a vegetarian and rabid carnivores in our party, and everyone raved about it. The fried bread and dips before dinner are a great curtain raiser, don't... More

This tiny restaurant serves freshly made Tibetan treats and a delicious diversity of fare from the Himalayas. The chefs are the real thing and the food is varied and tasty. We had the momo - little dumplings filled with meat, and fried ones with spinach and cheese. For mains we shared a lamb and vegetable curry, a dish with fresh... More
