We used to love this restaurant and dragged everyone with us but lately we've been avoiding Edo. There's a new 2nd who also cooks at the tepan yaki but isn't half as good as the 1st one, and, the service just hasn't improved. Also they're acting more and more difficult with reservation times. They seem to have introduced a 1st... More

Big disappointment. The sashimi wasnt fresh , the meat was over cooked. Maybe it was a good restaurant in the past but not any more. Not worth it!

I had visited this restaurant with other 3 friends, but the sushi cook had a long discussion with 1 waiter and they forgot to make 1 sushi set for 1 friend. We are waiting more than 30 min. and when we found the sushi set, it seems poor sushi. Their food price are so expensive and we could choose more... More

Good food and good service. Waitresses wear Geisha outfits which I really liked.

we went to this place because of the many high recommendations of this site. we asked for a glass of prosecco, it arrived very late, without bubbles and half full. we asked to replace and the second glass was almost the same. we asked for a sushi menu. the soup was nice. the dish itself with sushi was really nothing... Delicious 4 to 6 course authentic Japanese meal without the flowery Hibachi performance as seen in the states. Their concentration is on making the best meal possible however reservations are essential is you want to sit at the Hibachi table. It is not cheap and expect to be at the restaurant between 2 and 3 hours.

We were in Aachen for the Easter holiday. This Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor of Best Western Regence Hotel. It has a nice ambience and very clean. We made a reservation for dinner and we asked for a window seat. We came back a little after 7 pm and many clients followed, we're glad we made our... More
