Our ENTE restaurant has been the local Wiesbaden institution for some 33 years. ENTE is a gourmet restaurant whose popularity has spread further afield than the state capital to the entire Rhine-Main region and beyond. Since 1980 the Michelin restaurant critics have without a break awarded the ENTE a coveted Michelin star. The restaurant's young head chef, Michael Kammermeier, presents his very own interpretation of exquisite, straightforward classic European cuisine with a very personal touch.

I just walked in without a reservation, as I do often when I travel trying to find the best restaurant in town. At first they wanted to put me in the Bar because it was "sold" out. I wanted to walk out then it was suggested I eat in the Bistro, at least the same cuisine so I agreed, and... More

Our meal at Ente was absolutely one of the best yet...from flavor to presentation to service - all around great! We had the specialty of the house, the duck menu. It was delicious. We had a lovely bottle of wine from a local vineyard. The entire experience was a pleasure. We will be back.

Excelent food and service, but not cheap. The "Ente von Lehel" is one of the top restaurants in the Rhein - Main area if not in all of Germany.

My husband and I went to Ente for our anniversary. The service was excellent and our evening was lovely. I was happy with the food, for the most part. However, the duck my husband ordered was not nearly as good as we expected (especially considering the name of the restaurant is "duck" in German). I expected a bit more from... More

We thought the food was very good but the prices were too high! The wine was great. The servers very pleasant!

It was a good idea to take supper at Ente. Seabass was very tasty, meat was very tender. Desert was delicious. Compliments from Chef were fine! And service was perfect! Prices are rather high - but it's Michelin!

Kudos to the team at Ente. I love to eat long tasting meals and usually find something at the end that is just a little bit off, maybe a dish that doesn't work, poor service, that sort of thing. I can honestly say that the tasting meal I just had at Ente was flawless - I can't conjure up a... More

I always think what is great is 5 star food at a 3 star price (see my review of Pizzeria Laguna Wiesbaden) but sometimes you want to blow it out. Well the Ente the place. Interesting enough I can tell you it is the only place I ever had a German Red wine where I ordered a second bottle. If... More
