We stayed at the Villa Kennedy Hotel (lovely) and this restaurant was a 5 minute walk away. We were three dinner guests and we loved it. It had a great hip feel, it featured changing displays of the art from the State Art Museum wherein it is located. There is a huge oven and great fixtures, lamps, etc., all around.... More

We had the pleasure of having some lunch in need of a break from the excellent collection of art works. I had a seared steak of yellow fin tuna with spinach and shitake mushrooms, which was served with a potato mash laced with wasabi. This very clever dish was beautifully executed.Together with a glass of fruity crisp Riesling, this 'little'... More

VGood location and an excellent venue, good service and great choice of food. Sushi was excellent and the steak I had was one of the best ever. Desert was sublime. Was a work dinner, but excellent place for social also. Had the "stairway to heaven" Majorcan wine, amazing choice.

I was in work and with a group of 9persons The place is fantastic, has a very good ambience with nice people. it's located in old museum, just 10mnts by taxi from city center. The Menu is a litte bit minimalist: 4 starters, 4 main dishes, 4 desserts. I had a chef's salad and it was a regular salad. Nothing... More

Located in the museum of art, just off the footbridge. Décor is unique, piano player on a Monday night added a nice touch. Food was excellent from start to finish. Nice wine list as well.

A bit expensive, but worth it - try the Lobster Bisque or Chocolate Dream. Also good selection of steaks, some seafood, and a very good whisky list.

The location of the restaurant is great, the venue is beautiful, and when entering the restaurant you think you are of to a good start, with piano being played and the buzz going around. However, the service was ANNOYINGLY slow. In such restaurant you do not expect everything to be quick, but that took it to an other level. Took... More

This is a stunningly beautiful, modern restaurant nestled in the Städel Museum. The cuisine is varied and appealing and our meals were wonderful. The service was a bit slow, however we were aiming for a relaxing, unhurried experience in an impressive restaurant - and we got it!

Nice atmosphere, very good food and friendly staff. It would even be greater if guests could get rid of their coats at the entrance already. It doesn't look very nice having the guests running through the restaurant with their coats on (especially in winter). Besides it is much more comfortable. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. After we paid... More
