Hard to do this place justice just by the heading, but it seems to be German /Austrian mountain style staples done really well. The schnitzels come in small, medium and large. Don't do large unless you are a front row forward and haven't eaten for 2 days - or you want to take half of it home for dinner the... More

Searching for a place for dinner and picked Salzkammer out of a cluster of restaurants based on the yummy smelling food and friendly staff. I had the schnitzel, my husband had a stuffed chicken breast with an almond coating with cranberry sauce. Both entrees were ample and delicious. Service was attentive? We would definitely eat there again!

Was in the mood for Wienerschnitzel and though I speak German and have been in Frankfurt a number of times, it took a little while to find this place. But finally found it - its on a small side road in a nice part of town. It was very busy and most of the tables had been reserved, so I... More

We found this restaurant by chance near Gothe house. The restaurant was clean, not so noisy and staffs were very kind. We ordered 2 sausages with salad(about 6 euro), farmland flatter(grilled potato, meat, bacon, about 15 euro), fried chicken(this looked like schnitzel, about 15 euro) and 2 types of beer(wheat, pilsner, 4.5euro, each). Everything was delicious :-)

German cuisine, good shade on the terrace. The area is busy at lunch time. Not an unforgettable event.
