A nice saleswoman at the pharmacy pointed us to this place. She said, all the locals ate here and she was right. We had dinner here 3 out of 5 nights of our stay in Frankfurt and the place was packed with locals each time. Be aware that this is a casual local hang out and you might have to... More

Great combination of schnitzel and atmosphere (lots of outdoor seating on a pleasant street), in a very central location. Tip 1: the cordon bleu is very good. Tip 2: the mashed potatoes are off the charts, they are so good. Tip 3: for dessert and coffee, go next door to Wacker's, which is an institution

if you are looking for a traditional German meal, this is the place. They have the most amazing schnitzel with around 14 variations. The service quality is really nice and the food is amazing. I must say that relative to quality this place is cheap. I will definitely return back

I just love this place. It combines regional cuisine with burgers, salads and several unusual pasta dishes. Service is good.

I loved this restaurant on so many levels. First off the service was perfect. My server was there immediately and I never had to wait on anything. I had a schnitzel served with noodles with bolognese sauce and it was so delicious. The starter salad was a good size even though it was only meant to be ordered with a... More

Good food for a decent price. Perfect for something casual with lots of choices. Service was quite chaotic though

The food here was excellent and good value for money. The only issue was the main waiter I had on two different visits. Rude. Before we had a chance to decided if we wanted to tip he would say, "Thanks for NOT giving me a tip" Needless to say, he got nothing from me.

My husband and I chose different dishes so we could try them both, then shared an apple strudel--wonderful! The concierge at the Hilton recommended this restaurant and we loved it! We dined al fresco on a beautiful evening--fond memories.

Came here based on a recommendation and was happy I did. Had the schnitzel and it was pretty good. The service was a little sparse, but I didn't mind as it was late afternoon and was expecting full service. Not sure I would go out of my way to go there again, but if it was convenient I would return.
