Good food, fun place for a group dinner

Went here with a group of friends/colleagues in Frankfurt and had a very enjoyable meal. It was recommended by a woman in our hotel as a place where "people from Frankfurt" would go to have a meal with traditional German food and I did get the feeling there were not a lot or any tourists there on... read more

We sat outdoors for a late lunch. Asparagus Frankfurter: giant asparagus, potato, schnitzel, sauce. Kaiserschmarrn for desert. Wonderful food. English menus. Great server. Fast service. The only downside is it cost 61 Euros for two. But the meal and experience were terrific. If this review is helpful then please indicate so below.

I was here just once for lunch with some colleagues. I choosse the traditional german snitchel, salad and some delicious green sauce. The food was really tasty snd the staff amable. If i'll ever return to Frankfurt, i'll come back.

Last time we were in Germany we ate here twice and my only regret is that we only ate there once this time. Once again we enjoyed several of the giant sausage platers. Everything was delicious, the service was great, and I can't wait until my next trip to Germany to go again! I was too busy eating to take... More

I have been to this restaurant every time I am in Frankfurt (at least a dozen times) and it is now a tradition that I have to visit at least once. Now when I travel there with my wife she doesn't feel as if the trip is complete without a visit. I have taken business groups and they have all... More

Good food, good price. Quick service to top it off. We were looking for a place where we could eat typical local food and that was really what we got. Great apfelstrudel btw.

Well that may be a bit of an exaggeration but they do have a huge variety of different Schnitzels. The menu is predominantly German. The prices are reasonable. The service is OK. The food is far from great. My Schnitzel was soggy and had a funny taste to it. Perhaps it was time to change oil in the fryer. Portions... More

I used to live in Frankfurt and this was my go-to place for a schnitzel and beer. The bar has a great atmosphere, fantastic menu and great service. My only gripe is that the restaurant is always busy and it's often hard to get a table as everyone hangs out there for a while as the place is so great.... More

I leant this restaurant from Frankfurt on foot tour. I learn they are one of best local restaurant with fare price in Frankfurt. We ordered pork knuckles, the pork skin is super crispy and meat is surprised tender! One of my favorite is "small dish" green sauce with fried pork chop. The green sauce balance the oily flavor and delightful... More
