I am working in Frankfurt this week and knew that I was going to head here. Once I made the walk from my downtown hotel to here I was so happy I followed through. I sat outside next to the huge cathedral and just enjoyed the conversation in the air and the wonderful Oktoberfest Bier. I ordered the schnitzel which... More

I go here often and find it consistent in terms of quality and service. The staff is always friendly and light hearted. The traditional German fare is fresh and well prepared. A convenient location and warm atmosphere.

Beer was great, service was good, but the food was mediocre (other than a salad that came with the schnitzel which was very fresh and nicely dressed. The schnitzel & potatoes were both overcooked - potatoes were somewhat greasy. I am sure there are other, truly "best" restaurants out there.

Great Beer from their own brewery. Staff is very attentive and spoke good English. Food was excellent with a wide variety of traditional German food.

I was in Frankfurt for business and were for dinner for several times. I really recommend the Goulash Soup, one of the best and more delicious thing I ever tried. Also I love Paulaner beer so this was the plus for the restaurant. The waitresses wear the typical Dirndl so everything looks very traditional. Some of the pictures on the... More

Ok so we went to this decent restaurant inside the airport. It was sort of hard to find it haha. I forgot what I ordered- it was salmon with some noodles and vegetables. It was tasty , but the best thing was the ice cream with raspberry sauce!! Would totally recommend this restaurant. But it seemed a little understaffed if... More

I liked the food, found out it to be little expensive, but what would you expect it to be if the restaurant is in the middle of the city center. However the service was terribly slow. I had to catch a train to Dortmund and had to leave after finishing my meals. But the waitress took almost half an hour... More

Hard to believe high ratings. Go somewhere else. Nothing stands out. Only thing we liked was the kids meal.

We enjoyed an excellent German meal of Jaeger Schnitzel and Rahm Schnitzel with Spaetzle the night before our flight back to the US. The Paulaner Dunkel Beer (1/2 Liter) was the perfect accompaniment as a beverage. The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly. Excellent value!
