Great stop for the authentic experience

We had a 14 hour lay over in Frankfurt, so we wanted to see what we could. First, I should say that the city doesn't really open until like 11am. It was a ghost town in the morning. When we came back in the afternoon, it was much more alive. This restaurant has great food! And they speak English... read more

Great food, atmosphere with medium crowd, later at night. We both ordered the Rinderfilletsteak with Rot Wein. Primo!

We booked online but the system didn't quite work correctly. However even though the restaurant was very busy the helpful staff found us a table. The meal was brilliant with fast and efficient service, with a smile. Highly recommended.

Very good German cuisine in the heart of the city. Definitely worth a visit if you are in town and want a bit of a Bavarian experience.

Typical german place, with wursts and beer, and good honest service. Food is excellent, place looks good, clean and big restrooms, what more could one want? Service was fast enough and staff spoke good english.

I would go back, the menu was varied and interesting, the beer was good and the food very tasty. This is not a place for a romantic meal out, but if you are visiting Frankfurt and want a good German dinner - come here.

Great food and great beer. perfect for a dinner with friends in joy just behind the cathedral. the waiters are friendly and nice, and the bill is always a pleasant surprise. Very fair prices to be in city center.

Here I am again the first lunch on the first day back in town. Will waitress is always with a smiling face and eager to speak multiple languages. Yes it may be a tourist spot but also a very regular spot for locals. You can see people with victorious maps and also German speaking about business throughout the day. The... More
