Beautiful setting with great food

An excellent choice outside the city of Hamburg. Has a pretty seating area in the garden and very nice inside. The food is great. We were 5 people, and some asked for meat, tender and with great taste and others asked for fish. Local from Germany. VEry good seasoning. Service was very good. I... read more

We were in the Kaminstube which is a separate part of Stocks situated on the first floor. The interior is that of a log cabin. The ceilings are low and the tables quite close together but the atmosphere is great. We were a party of 8 and sampled from each section of the menu. The Sushi was excellent as was... More

I was invited by a friend. We went to the upstairs Kaminstube. Loved the decor and open fire on this cold evening. Service was fast and friendly. I usually don't like sushi, but their warm Californian sushi was great! The food is pricey, but worth it.

A mix of international and soemtypical nord german dishes. The "california sushi"starters were really good quality, the enormous portion of "may scholle" (plaice) could have been better. A There is a good choice of wine. Service, with the waiter that tried to be familiar but in reality caused a bit of confusion for ordering, could be improved.

This is one of the big amount good restaurants in the north of Hamburg. They have a nice selection of wine and delicious food in a very nice athmosphere. The pricing is quite high but the quality of food excellent.

One of the best restaurants in town. If you like fish it's a must. They have also awesome meat if you don't like fish. The service is just perfect. I'm pretty sure to come back as often as possible. If you would like to get a table it's better to make a reservation in advance.
