We expected good sushi for a high ranked Restaurant in the category sushi. But this is more asian western fusion food with bad service. The sushi was terrible and not worth the money they charge. And then they try to serve expensive wine after pretending all normal priced are out, without telling you how real expensive the wine is. Be... More

Superb fusion of Asian and Western food. My colleagues rated the Steak as the best they had ever had.

It was getting late, we had enjoyed a fine lunch earlier in the day at The Fischereihafen Restaurant, and wanted to unwind over some good wine and a light snack in a good location. We found the Four Seasons Hotel right by the water in the very best part of the city, and made our way down to the lower... More

Friendly staff and really good Thai cuisine. Perfect for a business dinner. Has a nice and cosy atmosphere, a bar next to the restaurant, and obviously the hotel is amazing.

First of all the service is impeccable The waitress suggested a delicious cocktail which I loved We had the tempura shrimp for appetizer, it was delicious! I had the sea bass and then my husband and I shared the mixed dessert Really really good The ambiance is perfect for a romantic dinner date

Doc Cheng's is a nice restaurant in the basement of the Vier Jahreszeiten hotel, but is is certainly a nice place. It doesn't have a large selection on the menu, but the quality is quite high. The selection of asian starters is recomendable and I had the filet mignon as a main. The filet mignon was very well prepared but... More

After a very long trip to Germany, we hit the cocktail area of the restaurant for apps and drinks. The appetizers we had were very good. We split a sushi / sashimi plate and tempura. The cocktails were strong and refreshing. The hot nuts they gave us to snack on were really great for a late night snack. It was... More

Don't get me wrong: this is a great place to eat and have a special evening, actually one of the best in Hamburg. But given the location and the standards they set for themselves, the Doc Cheng raises expectations - expectations they meet in a satisfactory way, not more not less. The sushi platter as a starter is only average,... More
