UNBELIEVABLE !

OH MY GOSH - Yesterday evening we visited Jellyfisch for the first time. They had a Valentines special on for €59 per head. To start was a small " Gruß" from the kitchen - a creamy celery mousse. Tasted lovely but I was so hungry and just couldn't wait for the real food to start arriving. The... read more

After telling a Hamburg resident that we love fish, she recommended this very special restaurant; it didn't disappoint. Small, friendly and with a unique proposition - sustainable, locally sourced ingredients and particularly the fish. The range of fish, combined with fresh, complimentary and at times, surprising and highly pleasant ingredients made this all a 'WOW'! The owner of the restaurant... More

We had a dinner group 11 pax. The quality of Food was good. Our surprise was paying the billregarding the wine. We paid 6 bottles of white wine and two of red wine. They don't leave the bottle on the table and just charge much more wine of which is really drunk. Just two people drank red wine on second... More

I dont often rate restaurants 5 stars, but this one absolutely deserves it. Beyond being the best meal I had while in Germany, it was also hands down the best service. I enthusiastically recommend it and will go back every time I am in Hamburg. First, they had a simple menu. Five entrees and five main courses (and three desserts).... More

Jellyfish in Hamburg is one of the most surprising and excellent fish-restaurants I ever visited. I ate there several times mostly for dinner (I can highly recommend the 4-course menu for first-time visitors) the quality of the products (sustainable fishing) and the creations are unique in the area, the service is extraordinary nice and highly professional and the wine selection... Really good food. I was surprised. The outlook of the restaurant wasn't at all appealing but the inside really was. It was a light sea like look and there was fine wooden tables and chairs, and nice dishes. Our waitress presented everything from the menu (which was in german) right to us. Everything sounded so good, we couldn't choose, she... More

The most amazing food I had in a long time. The restaurant itself doesn't have anything special, but everything on the menu is fantastic. Plenty of flavours, perfect presentation in the plates and extremelly professional and friendly staff. Is a must go !

Jellyfish was the best out of several excellent fish restaurants we have visited in Hamburg. The ingredients are top, the preparation is both haute cuisine and light. We were there at lunchtime, so we could enjoy an excellent menu at a very interesting price.

This fish restaurant is one of the best recent discoveries in Hamburg. Not the cheapest experience you can make, but everyone who has been there will agree, that this is fish at it's best. Read more: http://staydine.com/12ssv8t

Avoid Hensler and Hensler and all other places at the Harbor pier. Choose "Jellyfish" instead - it is the best sea food / fish restaurant - end! You get great service, in particular from the owner who is passionate, and the quality of the ingredients are second to none. I wonder why this place is not more rated yet by... More
