We have been at this restaurant several times, for dinner as well as lunch and a few of their special events - we have never been disappointed. The Austrian appetizer selection is fantastic and one gets to try a large variety of dishes, the main courses are amazing. Love the deconstructed "Tafelspitz" and the Schnitzel is better than at most... More

We have eaten here a couple of times and it is never disappointing! The food is always fantastic. Friendly staff and atmosphere. The wiener schnitzel is superb! I like that they offer all day dining.

Food is ok if you like Austrian food- which can be special. Staff can be a bit pretencious. Overall ok, did not blow my head off.

Recommended by the Concierge at the Sofitel. Weiner Schnitzel was excellent. Yes they tried the only bottled water, but we just drank wine. Service was excellent without being hovering. The German potato salad was maybe the best ever. Nice experience. Definitely would recommend. We thought the prices were very fair.

We have been coming here a number of times but the recent visit was very likely the last time we went. While the food is decent, they first were not willing to serve tap water and insisted on selling us a bottle of supposedly filtered water at EUR 4.50, their reason for this being that they are located in an... Popular Austrian style restaurant in Hamburg. Centrally located in the city. Service was friendly and courteous, and the food excellently prepared. I had the five course set dinner and all dishes, from veal tartar, scallop, crab meat cake, lamb rack and shoulder, and dessert was exquisitely prepared.

Tschebull's menu takes inspiration from Austrian cuisine. You have the obligatory Weiner Schnitzel, but the rest of the menu brings something new to traditional flavours and ingredients you'd expect from Austria. When you enter, you're greeted with a modern, warm interior with nice decorative touches, like cowbells hanging from the ceiling. The tables are well laid out in a minimal... More

Food is slightly over priced, but that may be due to its location (next to central station) Waiters are friendly, food are well presented, and tasty. The environment is excellent, perfect for business dinner.

Germans are usually incapable of cooking a good Wiener Schnitzel. (They - shock, horror - often add SAUCE to it. Blasphemy. That would be as bad as serving a pork chop in a Kosher restaurant) Well, being a traditional AUSTRIAN restaurant, Tschebull makes a mean, traditional Wiener Schnitzel with all the correct accompaniments. Very good! Of course there are many... More

As an Interior Designer, I was MOST impressed with this restaurant's interior and the staff was very kind to me being an American who does not speak German:-) The waiter was lovely and my meal superb. I had a vegetable goulash with plenty of wild mushrooms and shaved truffle on top, elderberry sparkling water and apple strudel. It is situated... More
