This is a delightful Restaurant with delicious gateaux. The staff were very helpful and we drank various coffees and apfel saft. Each person had something different to eat and the variety was great. It was raining so we ate inside but there was a lovely area where we could have sat if it had been fine.

We arrived just in time for breakfast. In the Dutch Quarter worth the walk. Lovely breakfast. I had the fitness breakfast my husband had a German breakfast.

Came there thanks TripAdvisor recommendation. Had a nice hot chocolate and a delicious cake. The only problem was that the service wasn't so good and the waitress didn't pay attention to us at all.

I have been to this restaurant about 5 times over the past 10 years in the Dutch quarter. It never fails to disappoint. Usually go in for the hot chocolate which is thick and pure luxury. This time I had a meal of ravioli with walnuts and grilled pears salad absolutely divine. Plentiful as well. Can't wait for my return... More

A leisurely walk up to the picturesque Dutch quarter, this cafe is gorgeous. The quaint atmosphere, white linen, old world style tea house is inviting. The house specialty of hot chocolate is decadent, the coffee good and the small brunch menu perfectly adequate. Lives up to its reputation

We took the Potsdam HOHO bus and they highly recommended this place. It was a walk away from the Potsdam Brandenburg Gate, but worth the trip. The tour lady said the hot chocolate is very good and served in a cup, but you have to drink it from the small spoon. She was right, the hot chocolate is basically pure... More

Located in the cute dutch quarter La Maison du Chocolat offers one of the best hot chocolates I have ever had. Served with cream you can enjoy you chocolate and/or cake outside on the terrace whilst enjoying the sun. The strawberry cake was a little bit dry, but also tasty. The chocolate was recommended on a sightseeing tour and it... More

It is located in the dutch quarter and easy reachable with public transportation. Its atmosphere is really nice and the food excellent. We head beef chop, it was a lot of food and it was excellent. The dessert was a variation of chocolat and it was delicious. The waiter was for German standards very thoughtful. We would have given 5... More

I've come here twice now just for the hot chocolate. It's unlike anything I've ever had. The only thing I can compare it to is drinkable chocolate fondue. It's absolutely amazing. It is a bit pricey tho- 4.5€ for a small hot chocolate but in my opinion totally worth it!!! The service is average to others around Europe. The cakes... More

Situated in a lovely area, and inside it is very cosy and inviting! There is a huge selection of cakes and they all look delicious! I had a raspberry tart which was rich, the portion was just enough! I also tried the famous hot chocolate which came in a small cup with whipped cream on the side. It tasted amazing,... More
