This was my first visit to the chain, and I evolved from a sceptic to a believer in a matter of minutes. You get to customize your meal and talk to the chef while he makes it, and boy is it good! Cheap, too! Bring the whole family!

This is a German chain of Italian food, thre you can choose the type of pasta you like and it will be immidiately cooked in front of you. Good quality, tasty, good atmosphere. Reccoment if you want good but quick lunch.

Very good freshly made pastas, portions more than enough. Long queues though. Maybe because of the christmas market season.

I always like grabbing a affordable bite at Vapiano, but I didn't like this restaurant in Bremen. It took us ages to get a drink at the bar. There was no staff, while members were walking around. They did see us, but none of them took the effort to get a qualified colleague. The carbonara pasta I ordered was way... More

I visited this location for lunch. You have the choice of Pasta, Pizza and Salats all fresh prepared. For myself I got a Caesar Salad for 7,-€ large and some chickenbreast as an addition for 2,50€. The salad was fresh, the tomato had no taste, the croutons were ok, the parmesancheese and six (6) small Chicken pieces tasty. For the... More

The restaurant presents a really nice concept of serving food, where you order your meal and watch the cook prepare it right in front of you while asking which ingredients you would like. The food is good and the prices are OK, so it is a nice place for something casual.

We had to wait in a long queue for our pasta. But in the end the linguine carbonara, tagliatelle bolognese and the spaghetti with herbs were worth it. The pizzas, which we didn't try, looked appetizing. The pizza waiting time also seemed less.

Long queues, tired staff, frustrated guests ... Both in Hamburg and Bremen this has been my recent experience at Vapiano. The management needs to get this under control fast before what used to be a lovely Italian food experience becomes a glorified McDonalds.

First let me state the following: I visited Vapiano locations in many cities: Hamburg, Berlin, Reston/VA, London and Bremen. You will always get great value: great pizzas, salads, pasta, good atmosphere - quality you can count on. However the attitude towards customers remains a challenge: I had ordered some pasta, my wife and son a pizza. there was already a... More
