A little restaurant.I've eat a meat filet and it was good, peraps the gateau tasted not fresh.the service is good and people working in there are really nice. In my opinion it's a 'nothing special' restaurant. One time is ok to try it,but I will not come back to it.

The bottom line: If you are from another culture and/or have an American accent, my recommendation is to go somewhere else. My husband and i ordered a certain amount of wine to drink, and we were charged double the price for our drinks by the manager / owner of the restaurant. We did not feel safe to confront the manager... More

We found this great bistro wandering along a nice area not far from our hotel. (Shoenhouse Studios). The wine selection was diverse for Europe including North/South American. Prices were fair and the Pork Schnitzel w Potato Salad was fantastic. Unless you are starving and planning to load up - it would suffice for a lunch or dinner - just right... More

My boyfriend and I visited this wine bar on a Sunday evening in March. We shared a bottle of delicious wine and then decided to order some food. We were blown away by the food. I ordered pork schnitzel with potato salad to start which was the most delicious starter I have ever had. The marinated venison was also a... More

We were walking at night looking to do a "quick stop" and have a coffee when we found this wine/restaurant. We staid there because of this quiet cozzy ambiance and we took great austrian wines with a sausage/cheese plate!! Reallllyyyy nice and not expensive at all for the quality

We ate here on the last night of our short family trip. The staff were very welcoming. We used the English menu although the staff spoke good English. They accommodated the demands of our children very well. The food was good to excellent: hearty German food like liver and veal knuckle were well done, as well as salads and pasta.... More

We love this little place and we go back everytime we are in Berlin. The food is amazing, the wine is so finely matched to the meal that it cannot go wrong. The service is one of the best we've had anywhere in the world. The staff are true sommeliers and they can recommend the best possible wine to match... More

Go there if you want to try excellent German and Austrian wines (yes, they exists) and very nice food. The prix fix menu with 4 courses and 4 different wines is excellent. They also have nice antipasti to go with the wine tasting.

It is difficult to find places in Berlin where one can explore food pairings with German & Austrian wines accompanied by competent sommelier advice. In Weinstein which is a small place in old bistrot style with wooden benches and tables this is well done. I remember having a green celery soup with a perfect wine match as starter. The menu... Wine selection was great and choices went well with the food. Food was very good, but limited variety. Staff and service were excellent
