Love it

The restaurant is perfectly designed, it is more like a bar. The Udon is really good, i suggest you to come for a fourth meal and chat with your friends here

A cosy noodle bar not far from Alexanderplatz. The atmosphere is really nice and relaxing, comfortable sits and soft lights. Prices are fare and noodle portions are mainly the same ones that you find in a noodle place in Japan. Worth a visit!

Small menu but it is a noodle bar. As others have said, slightly lacking in atmosphere but reasonably priced and what we had was tasty.

Delicious noodle soups make a great change from the standard sushi-esque fare at Berlin's Japanese restaurants. A great range of starters (including the "JFC" Japanese Fried Chicken - don't let the name put you off), and a decent drinks menu. The place is big and comfortable, with giant tables, but it can feel a little vacant. Some atmospheric music may... More

Been twice, by accident; we were back this year and wandering the neighborhood in search of lunch and got routed here. I recognized it from a previous trip. Both times it was empty when we walked in. but both times we enjoyed the Udon. I'd been searching for ramen and got a hit here. Only off notes was disintegrating gyoza,... More

The restaurant has a very modern feel to it, cool layout and decorations. Service was fair and the food tasted delicious, although could have had a little larger portions.

How can it be. Well japanese food is made from such ingridients that you can eat your stomach full without getting a heavy feeling afterwards. We found this place through Tripadvisor since many of other recommended places were on a Christmas vacation. Lucky for us !! After a combined sightseeing and shopping winters day we needed some warmth and the... More

I have eaten dinner here only a couple of times, but I had very nice experiences - the place, the service, and their food. I love Japanese food, but this is a nice modern twist on the traditional - which I think they let their customers know by the modern design/decoration of the place. Still authentic Japanese food - just... More

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
