Start was really good, starter rolls and shrimps were very tasty so was soup with coconut milk. At this point it was closer to four stars. But then when main courses arrive the good taste somehow vanished. We ordered fish in ginger sauce, which was supposed to be the speciality of the house and duck. Both were very average and... More

This have been the best thai restaurant I've been to since my travel to Thailand. The food was authentic and very very tasty. The service was also really great! Even though we did not have a reserved table and the restaurant was full, we were able to get a table without any waiting. One thing to mention is that they... More

Had an excellent meal here- one of us had curry with duck, the other noodles with chicken. Both dishes were well prepared, and the presentation was amazing. Be warned: we (English speakers) were advised that a dish wasn't spicy despite the spicy designation- by that they mean, not spicy to non Germans. So if you want some kick, make sure... More

We came here after looking at the reviews on the website. Tried not to get too excited as with some of the reviews which were then disappointed. But omg! We were not dissapointed. The starters were nice but the curries (had one red and in green) were amazing. We came out of our way to get here and was worth... More

Visited here on Trip Advisor recommendation and wasn't disappointed. Had the Business Lunch which unfortunately is only available Monday to Friday. This cost approximately 8 Euros for lemongrass soup and a main course. It tasted as good as anything I've tasted in Thailand and left me full for the rest of the day. No English menu available but this was... More

From walking in and the friendly greeting, the pleasant but not brash surroundings, comfortable but not opulent, service prompt and efficient but not in your face, good choices of food and drinks.. The meal, every part was excellent and the prices modest. Go back again? i have already booked!

We stayed at Sony center for 6 days and this place was a 15 minute walk. I learned of it on TA and we loved it there. We went twice. Food was excellent, service was good not great and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend going there.

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
