Super good

Far the best thai in Berlin. The stuffed pineapple is exceptional. Do not forget to start with the kai thom soup. Exceptional! The atmosphere here is really nice and thai.

Just after it opened, some seven years ago we were there for the first time. june 15 we went there for the third time. Both meal and service have - on a scale from 1-10 - gone downhill. Pity for we enjoyed the first two times very much. For the sake of our first experiences and the restaurant we sincerely... More

Everyone of our group enjoyed their main course; a well seasoned dish in each case. The staff were very efficient and spoke good enough English for us. Though Singh isn't available, they serve other decent beers at good value for money.

Reasonable priced, lovely Thai food. Highly recommended if you're close to Checkpoint Charlie. The salads are really nice and so are the curries. I'll be back next time I'm in Berlin

We found this via Tripadvisor on our first night in Berlin. The menu is extensive with plenty of vegetarian options and the portions are large. The quality of the food is superb and all for under 55 euros, including wine, for 4 main dishes. Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive and spoke good English. Would thoroughly recommend.

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
