Best burger you'll ever have

Best burger I've ever had. I've been numerous times and go every time I'm in Berlin (3-5 times a year). Chicken wings are excellent. Get them hot with napalm sauce on the side. Very spicy but very good. I usually get the breakfast burger with cheddar and it's brilliant. Dr Zion is excellent... read more

I have come here so many times, but it is always the place to take my friends who are visiting for the first time. The atmosphere is always great, the service is perfect, and you really get what you pay for. Definitely make reservations if you can.

I went there with colleagues and definitely really nice burgers and the fries are hand cut as when I was a kid! Great atmosphere, really nice staff. The only downfall… way too much food, next time I won't finish my plate (fries were so nice it would have been a shame!). Would highly recommend, not expensive either!

This place is great! First of all the staff is quick and helpful! The ambiance is very laid-back, the place is loud (in a good way). Make reservations because it is packed! We loved the burgers although with a good burger you need good fries... That is the only thing I can imagine they really should improve. Can really recommend... More

The burgers were good and the menu card had a good variety of burgers. Though, it was served with a moutain of soft supermarket fries. Nice staff. Cozy place in nice surroundings. No diet coke whatsoever.

Me and my partner stopped here for dinner after an recommendation! We got there at 5:30 and it was packed and booked till late in the evening! The host managed to get us a seat at the bar and I am glad she did! The food was out of this world. High quality meat, fries were spot on and the... More

We had a large group of 10 booked in, and they accommodated us with only 24 hours notice, which was very kind of them. It's very busy, I found the atmosphere very enjoyable. The menu is entertaining in itself. I wish I could have afforded the steak. We got a few pitchers for the table, and the waitresses were very... More

Having read the reviews, and struggled to get in, I was disappointed by a number of things. Essentially it's an American burger bar and as such did an ok job. However, service was patchy, we had to go and get our own menus, go to the bar to get more drinks and the food took forever to come. Secondly, the... More

great place, great atmosphere! Awesome burgers and beer! Super tasty! They were absolutely packed the night we went, I think most of the nights are busy, service was nice and friendly. Everyone spoke English. We had great time!

We visited on Halloween, and just managed to book a table earlier in the day. It was packed and noisy, making for the great Saturday night atmosphere we were looking for. So many different options to choose from, it took quite a while to decide. The food took a while considering the time it takes a burger to cook, however... More

Neighborhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighborhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
