Good Business restaurant

We were one of just a few couples at dinner. Most of the rest were business people. The decor is modern and clean. The food is well-prepared and plated. The staff were very efficient and friendly. I felt the wines list was over-priced, and the sparkling water definitely was; at €11. I would... read more

I stayed at the hotel in March and had a breakfast buffet and a sushi dinner at VOX. The breakfast was very overpriced. It was difficult to get a waitress to refill my coffee. I also went to VOX for a sushi dinner. Again, it was very over priced for the quality offered. Additionally, one morning I went to the... More

As a guest in the hotel I visited VOX for breakfast in the morning and the bar in the evening and so this review does not consider other mealtime options. Breakfast is good. Not great, but very good. There is everything you need laid out and plenty of cooked-to-order options available. Quality of ingredients is super and attention to detail... More

Went for breakfast several times. Good service but average food. Tends to get very busy in the morning but a bird relaxed in the evening. Unless you are in the neighborhood probably not worth a visit. Good if you are going to the two theaters nearby.

Certainly one of the best restaurants in the neighborhood. Attentive and knowledgeable staff, wonderful wine selection, and tasty seasonal food.

The place is like a high brow hotel restaurant which it is, efficient but cold atmosphere. But just before you decline it we had several dishes which were mere pefection. The duck soup with beef consome was a knockout of strong flavors mixes in perfect harmony not overcoming one another, a delight with such a simple dish. So was the... More

Went for dinner. Starters were OK, especially burrata was very nice. Service between starter and main course took 15 minutes, which I consider too long. Main courses were heavy on sauce, both dishes seemed to have the same, sticky gravy. Desserts were too complicated, including cilantro, miso, celleri (!) and other exotic mixtures. I would have preferred a nice scoop... More

We were staying at the Hyatt and ended up in this bar most nights, not out of convenience, but because it was brilliant. We went there on our first night after we'd eaten in the other bar (not quite so good). We fancied a cocktail and Vox had a great selection. There is also, I would guess, 200 whiskies to... More

Service not existing, arrogant staff with no manners and not friendly at all, at least the ones that were taking "care" on our table. Menu choice limited and value of money is below zero. The highlight of the night...we ask the dessert menu arround 23.00 and with out any prior notice, told us that couldnt be possible as kitchen closed.... More

Service couldn't be worse. Great hard wear but the rest was terrible. Food was far below good standard both quality and taste. Card had very small variety and at the end when we asked to get desert thay said that the kitchen had closed.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
