For two of us each having starters, mains and a couple of beers each, the bill was 37 Euro! The food was just fantastic, the manager and staff friendly and the atmosphere authentic. The restaurant does get busy, and they don't take credit cards, but make sure you go!

I love going here. The food is great, the people who run the place are very friendly and unpretentious and it's inexpensive. Perfect for a great, quick local dinner without fuzz and dressing up.

The owner insists on sharing your hand and sitting at your table to take the order, he's very friendly and rushes around everywhere. The food is delicious and any dish can be served with any protein. It's tasty and great value.

I keep coming back here every time I'm in Berlin. Located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the K.D.V store. Arturo, the owner welcomes you, gives advice regarding the menu, chats about anything and gives you the feeling that you are the most important guest he got. Large dishes with nice variety, authentic flavors and tasty food. See you... More

Like many places in Germany, the place only accepts cash. It is also rather small, so choose your time to dine wisely. The iconic Vietnamese dish pho is not part of the menu, but other than that, the food is delicious and true to the Vietnamese taste.

We hadn't a family dinner alfresco here tonight after looking it up on TA. The food was incredibly fresh and flavourful and spiced to what can only be described as the perfect balance. Staff were very polite and created an exceedingly friendly atmosphere. Local hotspot too, possibly worth moving to the area for, thank you for an outstanding and memorable... More

Staying in Schoneberg

Neighborhood Profile
In 1963, Schöneberg was the center of the political west, inspiring John F. Kennedy to choose this area to famously announce, "Ich bin ein Berliner." Times may have changed, but modern-day Schöneberg still pays tribute to its historical legacies. Once the richest city outside of Berlin proper, the area's affluent past is still visible in ornate housing facades dating back to the Gründerzeit of the 19th century, while residents in fur coats walking their dogs or shopping in high-end KaDeWe continue the tradition with a modern flair. Schöneberg was also once the center of the decadent and burlesque nightlife of the 1920s. It was here that Marlene Dietrich partied with Christopher Isherwood and the first gay bar in Germany was founded. Today, the gay community still revolves around Nollendorfplatz. The overground Ubahn station is even illuminated in rainbow colors, paying tribute to Schöneberg's progressive past.
