Description: SUNDAYS BUFFET FOR ONLY 8,50€: In September 2014 Restaurant Maharadscha is completing 30 years. We want to say a large thank you to all our guests for their faith in us. Therefore we are starting a Sundays Buffet from 31st August 2014 from 12.00 To 17.00 O'clock for ONLY 8,50€ per person. This will include chicken, lamm and vegetarian dishes, rice, salad, bread, different sauces and a dessert. You are most welcome to celebrate with us and eat as much as you want. Give it a try as soon as possible as this offer is only valid until 28th September (including that sunday). Restaurant Maharadscha is twice in Berlin. If you want to experience authentic Indian food you are here at the right address. We serve chicken, lamb, duck, fish and other seafood dishes but we do have a variety for our vegetarian and vegan guests as well. Here you can forget your prejudices against Indian food since you decide whether you want your dish mild, good-seasoned, spicy or very spicy. One of the owners is always at your side to make your visit memorable. Even though we have a large number of dishes, every meal is been prepared freshly after your order is placed. Both restaurants are located very central. You can get to Maharadscha in Schoneberg easily in 5-10 minutes from the underground station Wittenbergplatz (Kudamm with KaDeWe). Maharadscha 2 is only 3 stations away from Alexanderplatz (central sightseeing place with TV tower). So tourists can easily travel to both restaurants. Please notice: We don't accept credit cards. Only German EC card or cash.

I was in Berlin last weekend. Saw this restaurant and, since I'm Indian myself and I really love Indian food, decided to try...went back the other day :-) The food is heavenly (maybe some dishes a bit too salty for me, but that's very personal). The owners are very good hosts. I really can advice everyone to at least visit... More

Our visit to this restaurant was simply amazing. We love Indian cuisine and the welcome, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food was simply perfect. Wish we had found this place earlier in our trip so that we could have gone again. The family that run this are great fun and make you feel so welcome.... More

If you love spicy Indian food, you won't be disappointed. After reading other reviews on TA here, I made sure to tell the waitress to make my dishes medium spicy. If you don't tell them, they would make it German spicy - which may taste a little blend to some. The prices are decent but slightly on the medium side... More

We love Indian food, and to find an indian restaurant this good in Berlin is a real treat over a visit. The family run establishment is clean, friendly and very solicitous. It's almost like eating with the family. The food is fragrant, fresh and aromatic (and not too spicy, the heat in the spicy dishes just comes through and builds... More

Went here on a Thursday night with my husband after checking reviews on Trip Advisor and weren't disappointed at all. Picked a menu and the food kept coming. It tasted great! The hosts were very friendly and the price even less than expected. Totally win-win experience :) Only small minus; they don't accept creditcards (only german debitcards) - that's nice... More

We had a meal here yesterday evening and were not disappointed, very good food a nice atmosphere and the host/owner was very friendly. The portions were generous and hot the range of food was good and all washed down by a good bottle of wine at a good price When I am in Berlin next I would visit again
