Very good!

The cheesecakes were very good, we took the lemon cake(pie) and the caramel cheesecake. No too sugary at all. The boutique is nice and you got a lot of choice! You have to taste it!

I brought my girlfriend here for her Birthday treat, for breakfast!! Excellent cake, tasty tea and very friendly staff. There must have been 20 cakes to choose from.

They do some excellent cheesecake! I stop in whenever I'm in Berlin, have one piece in the shop and take one back to the flat ( which usually does not survive the night) healthy eating it is not, which makes it all the more lush

Obviously they do not only have gluten free cakes, but since finding places that do offer both, it was great finding this coffee haus. Tiny but ver nice inside, you feel like being at "sex and new york" with Carrie and the girls. It jas only six tables, so you might need to wait a bit or call and reaerve... More

The NY cheesecake was adequate, but not great. The Russian Cheesecake on the other hand was quite awful. It was also fairly dry. The Ameicano coffee tasted like water. I am not sure what the hype is all about.

This place looks amazing from the outside – like a picture perfect coffee shop that, as the name suggests, specializes in cheesecakes – what more could one ask for? We passed it a few times over the past year – every time we were in Berlin, and each time there were no tables available so we kept coming back hoping... More

nice upscale cafe with light decor. Service was slow. The indoors area is very small. The Newyork cheesecake was great but the brownie cheesecake was average or less.

We went there twice in a 4-day visit. Staff was very friendly and the cheesecake was delicious. Well worth a visit, highly recommended!

As a dude, I can't say I'm much into the elegance of an afternoon tee and cake session but the fact I enjoy this place so much was a pleasant surprise. First things first, it really deserves the name Princess as it looks rather elegant and old school British. Second, the service is really nice and the staff are super... More

Beautiful high white room with white furniture, an amazing variety of cakes and friendly service - a perfect setting for dessert and coffee. We tried the hearty rum-plum, the sweet pumpkin pie and the truly delicious "I love New York / New York Cheesecake". We'll be back for more!

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
