To be honest I feel myself sorry to give such bad rate to a restaurant but I have no choice given the rudeness and incompetence of the personnel working there. We were a group of 6 friends on Friday night. The place was crowded... We had to wait more than 10 minutes only to get the menus...(after having called the... More

It was a pretty cool place, hip hop-inspired with posters of rappers and their albums on the walls and on the ceiling. It was a good atmosphere and chill music. The food was alright, nothing special. Pretty big burgers tho! Me and my girlfriend both ate the Teriyaki-burger, since they didn't have the Guacamole/bacon-burger. The fries were quite boring (regular... More

On arrival we had to wait 20 mins but turned out only around ten, food was a fast sharpish turn around which was great. Waitress was a little rude /blunt but it was busy and that did not put us off. The burgers were incredible and I've never had one like it, and I'm a self proclaimed well travelled burger... More

Yeah! Luxury high quality Burgers are "in" all over the world now. And this place is really "in" in Berlin. You have to wait 20min. to 30 min to get a seat and another 20-30 min for the food. It's really popular and no wonder why. Their burgers are simply fabulous. I took a mediteranean burger with eggplants and zuccinis... More

Great Burgers, seriously good fries and lovely beer all in a wonderfully quirky setting. They had no tables when we arrived, but were happy for us to sit at the bars, which was great as we had walked a while to get there. They didn't rush us to leave either. Really reasonably priced too! If you are in Berlin I... More

Burgeramt at Boxhagener Platz is one of my favorite burger places in Berlin. My personal favorite is the Teriyaki Burger. (Less the slice of pineapple) The Teriyaki Sauce goes great with the very tasty beef which is "Neuland" beef. "Neuland" is a german food label for adequate animal housing, so you can expect high quality beef here. Vegetarians may also... More

Very cool decor as most of Berlin is. I ordered the cheeseburger thinking it would be a normal cheeseburger but no......it was HUGE. Very delicious and decently priced. They serve DIESEL beer here, which is 1/3 coke cola. They have projectors inside showing break dancing or you can sit outside.

it's always full, so it could take a long time to eat the best burgers in friedrichshain...ate a bacon guacamole..so yummy, the menu offers some exquisite chips and a cabbage salad.. next to the restaurant there's a burgeramt take away.

I'm from Southern California, where I can find Fuddruckers, Five Guys, and the home on In-N-Out. But, the best burger I've ever had was in Berlin, in a local burger joint called Burgeramt. If you go there during peak hours, you'll have to wait a bit. But it's definitely worth the wait.
