Great little lunch stop!

This is a great little lunch stop! The food itself is not 5 star with 4 being more accurate. However, the interest shown by the staff meant that I bumped the rating up. It is very relaxed and great value. 6 euro for a big plate of healthy food was awesome. If you want a place that looks after you... read more

The food was good, not great, but solid. And very big portions for the price. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend.

Our visit to Salut felt more like being welcomed into someone's home than it did a restaurant. We were greeted by a very pleasant young man who explained that we could pick and choose anything (or everything) from the daily offerings, and pay a flat price per-plate. At the time of our visit, a small plate cost €4.50, and a... More

This place is definitely a gem. My wife and I went there for a late lunch. You pay for either a small or a large plate, and then they fill it up for you with your choice of dishes. They seem to change their selection daily, with some hot dishes, but mostly cold dishes. It's all centered around Mediterranean food.... More

it is a small place, so don't go with many people in the same time, except during the warm period of the year, when they organize the terrace. It is very well decorated and offfers a warm welcome. You basically choose between two formats of dishes, small (4,50) and big (6€) and the waiters fill it at your choice with... More

This small Cute restaurant offers variety of Mediterranean Food. It is good for a quick Lunch where you can find healthy and Delicious Food together. Once you try, for sure you want to go back there again. The location is great, very close to the center. Plus, the owner and waiters are very kind and friendly.

Good place to have quick lunch. Even from Kudamm, it`s 3 minutes walk only. The bistro is very small, only few tables inside, supported by outdoor seating. The lunch menu was not ordinary, built with interesting recipes and surprising ingredients. Occupied by young local people and some tourists from TA. And finally you pay small money.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
