There is a big variety of cakes and you get a really big piece of what you choose! I strongly recommend the carrot cake! Coffees are also tasty! Pleasant atmosphere and quick service! The prices are ok..

We came here cold and tired from along walk through tiergarten and were seduced by the cheese cake. Staff were friendly and helped us through chosing but we went with our guts (literally) great cheesecake and great atmosphere

Take your pick of 20 or so proper cakes. A large slice will set you back €3.50 - €4 and a coffee around €2.50 - €3.50. We had a traditional german baked cheese cake (kasekuchen), strawberry torte and a creamy nut gateaux. All fantastically sweet and washed down with coffee. You may not finish them, but that's ok. They supply... More

Yum. What else is there to say? Exceptional cappuccino and remarkably moist and delicious cake. Our one shared slice of a kind of streusal topped coffee cake readily fed two, maybe 2.5. Atmosphere delightful for people watching or just relaxing in an elegant environment. Worth 8 euros for that experience any day.

The cakes here looked, smelled and tasted fantastic. We tried 3 different cakes and each was wonderful. The service was excellent and prompt. I will definitely go back next time I am in Berlin.

I bought a mango cake for my friend birthday. The cake looked good so I thought it was a good deal after all (~50€ for a 10p cake..) But it was super heavy and almost only made of butter - so bad that 1/5 of it ended in the garbage !! Might give it another chance with a single piece... More

This cafe offers a really tasty selfmade cake, cookies and great coffee. It is always crowded, because people living in Charlottenburg know how good it is! They have some tables outside, most of them are inside. It is small but really amazing tasty!

Do you have a seet toooth? Then go here and take your latemorning or afternoon coffee, and enjoy a piece of cake too, I saw at least thirty different kinds of cakes, cookies and other sweets. The decor of the store compliments the colors of the various cakes very well. It is also possible to order a whole cake for... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
