Went there while visiting Berlin with my girlfriend. We got 2 schnitzels one with home made potato salad (warm) and one with fries. All served with a side salad dressed with vinaigrette. Really great lunch option with great schnitzels! It's a great place to eat while visiting east side gallery.

Came here with my husband on a Friday around 6 pm. The reviews are right. This place is so cheap and so delicious. I mean, you could go to Borchardt and get their famous schnitzel, but why would you when this place is so cheap? I got the Holzfäller schnitzel, which came with mushrooms and fresh lemon juice on top.... More

Came here upon a recommendation from a friend. It's located just over the road from the east side gallery. I had the standard schnitzel, chips and salad - for €5.50 a real bargain and very fresh, crisp and tasty. You order up at the counter, and eat of paper plates but you're not paying for service. Great place, would definitely... More

I have been here a couple of times since being in Berlin. It's really good! The fries are always fresh and the shnitchel is always crispy. Cheap beers and great big tables to socialise on

Just like it should be - very, very good - simple food in very good quality and good price. We took standard schtzel and wiener one both were amazing.

Having just finished down the East Side Gallery this place was waiting to fill our hungry stomachs! Best schnitzel ever for only €2,50 each! Had that with potato salad and a chilled beer... Ah heaven. Obviously went back for seconds xD

But very noisy and kinda dirty there. Service was not the best! Although portions are massive and quite good! Local fast food!:)

A little bit of a trek to get here from our hotel but worth if for what was a very tasty little lunch. It's cheap, getting served doesn't take an age and it's certainly better than going to grab a nasty burger meal from a fast food chain. Make sure you familiarise yourself with where it is on a map... Got here a bit early so Hung around half an hour till it opened, I'm glad I did. Was the best schnitzel I've ever had, very tender meat, loads of chips and a nice salad for €5. My lemonade was €1.80. Overall a great meal which filled me up for the rest of my day wandering about

Great little find near our hotel (nhow Berlin) and the East Side Gallery - quick and easy food, plenty to choose from, and all self service. Schnitzel, salad, chips, and drink, all for 5(ish) euros. We tried to go once but it was closed, so headed back the next day and luckily it was open.
