Best ice creams I have ever had.

I have never eaten better ice creams. Period. Nothing even comes close. I don’t really have anything to add to this all-explaining statement above, but it seems my review has to be at least 100 char… yep, done.

Ordered a waffle with choclate and two scoops of ice cream. Chose the Raspberry sorbet and vanilla ice crean which tasted beautiful. A little pricey but perhaps worth it for the great taste. Good service too.

Delicious mix of ice-cream. I ordered nutella & vanilla. It was delicious. The price is on the high side. No proper sitting area. It is mainly a takeaway restaurant. The service is good. I sat outside on the area near the window. It is delicious .. It is recommended for a takeaway.

Found this friendly little place on our first night in Berlin and returned every day after. On a low fat diet so had the best fat-free yoghurt and sorbet. The yoghurt is really really good. The staff were friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely pleased to see us come back.

It's an ice cream place. They have lots of flavours. They're all delicious. They also have coffee, and you can sit inside if you want, but it's basically about the ice cream. They're a bit expensive, but you can have as many flavours as you want inside whatever size cup/cone you choose. I went back several times during my stay... More

Walking around needed an icecream the place looked ok, so why not. The icecream range was excellent and average prices. But what we really liked was how you select the icecreams. You can choose as many flavours as you like to fill the cup or cone. I had 4 in a small cup. Great idea. The chocolate sorbet was delicious

An stablishment with such prices and characteristics doesn´t have a guest WC. When asked about it (really needed one!!), the employees will send you to search for one in the restaurants close to Amorino, and will offer no othe alternatives (and they do have one in the basement, but 2staff only"!!). When coming back after a while, after an unsuccessful... More

I'm not a big fan of ice cream, I know, as a girl, but.. :) How I ended up there? I encountered 2 other travelers on the road. One of them recognized the store while we were walking. Apparently, he was willing to spend a whole day to look for Amorino in Paris, in order to take his family there.... More

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
